The chair was very easy to put together, the first part was a little awkward but it was smooth sailing from there. The seat of the chair is very comfortable and plush. I do wish the wire was a little longer as it's quite short especially if you wanted to hide the wire or have to get around others. The back message works but it's not a message therapist it's very weak like a cat-needing on your back. It took me about an hour and a half to put together with instructions and combination of looking up a how-to video. I would say I did appreciate the instructions, they're quite clear. I do appreciate in the instructions that they mention if you get tired easily or aren't strong attempt putting the chair in xyz way.

This chair is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that wasn’t sticky like my husband’s pleather chair and roomy enough to curl up in, and this does both and more. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and the fabric feels incredibly soft and luxurious. The massage feature works flawlessly, and I love that you can flip the pillow around so it is not pressing directly into your back. The pink side of the pillow is nice and thick, so you would not even know it has a massager inside. Overall, the quality is excellent for the price and I could not be happier with this purchase.

I have nothing to complain about this chair. The fabric feels very high-end and very comfortable, and for this price, it is really a good selection. It exceeds my expectations quite a lot because it is definitely not cheaply made at all. The only downside is the massage function feels a bit weak, but this is not the feature I really care about, so I am okay with it. Overall, it is a great product and nothing to complain about with this price tag.

I am a remote worker so I spend hours in this chair. I will say that I really do like this chair, the foot rest works great for me being 5foot. Probably not great for a big/taller person. The massage is okay, not as strong as a pedicure chair. Over all I would recommend and have to friends.

The arm ripped out after a day of moving around in it. The massager burnt out due to getting bound up in the foam of the pillow. Heat never worked Would not recommend, seat is not too comfortable either. Will go back to the drawing board for comfortable chairs that are built well. BTW. Not fat, 5’8” 145 pounds. How does the arm just break??? Don’t waste your hard earned money like I did.
