I think this is super effective my abs are much more defined after using. Workouts seem to be tougher the next day too like the belt wears them out I don’t notice as much unless I’m standing and it’s hard to feel the oblique patches working unless extra pressure is applied to them, however I still can feel they worked the next day at the gym. I moved up to the highest setting pretty quickly, but still seeing results so far. The original pads are still working and I’ve used it probably around 14 times. I’ve had to charge them and its pretty easy, batteries could last a little longer but overall threat starter for the price

Easy instructions, fast assembly and convenient charging. Lightweight for abs, arms, or your creativity. Extra pads included which is great. I’d charge it before using or it may be a tad weak. Different settings for different wants or needs. I didn’t find any setting to be too intense but you can feel it and adjust accordingly to your comfort level. Very sticky, but the holder is flexible, thin and comfortable. 100% follow the instructions taking it off the maintain the pads. Sturdy for the weight, reasonably priced, and couple it with your gym workout to bolster results. I’ve used these in the past with success and would recommend this one if you don’t want to throw down a ton of money for a unit, it’s quite effective. I like the detatched arm pieces as well, that was an added bonus. Easy to install and read dials, three way charger included for all pieces. Thank you!

I have used this now for almost 3 months. If you use it daily on the front of your stomach or on your back, it definitely does help tone that area. You need to be sitting down to really use this as if you sweat a lot the sticky pads aren’t gonna stick to you. But that’s any advice. She used sticky pads like this. I have replaced a sticky pads once on this. But I will tell you the results are real if you use it continuously. I also work out 4 to 5 times a week so I am in decent shape. It just adds to my shape a little bit more.

The media could not be loaded. "Absolutely love this Ab TENS unit! It’s affordable yet super effective, working just like those expensive $100 units but designed to simulate stomach crunches. The 18 different settings offer great versatility, whether I’m sitting or walking, and the USB-C charging is a game-changer—no need for extra cords since it’s the same as my phone. Sticky pads. They only last for a couple of uses. There's 16 pads required for the set of stims and they only provide one spare set of 16. So if you use the stims 3-4 times in a week, then you're done. You actually would need over 100 pads for 1 month. Then what!? Also, the fabric for the abs device is not fabric, it's a stiff sheet of plastic that cuts into your skin at the top and bottom, esp if you sit. The only redeeming case (which gets the 2 star review instead of 1) is if you are able to use something to wrap around the devices. In my case, I use elastic Ace knee sleeves on the arms and a velcro back brace to wrap around my abs. This actually works pretty good because all the pads need to do is to make good contact to skin, not to hold things in place. I recommend a better product that wraps with velcro closures. Also, there's no stim function on the side pads. Not even a sizzle at max power.
