The reason why im giving this 1 star is because there are NO INSTRUCTIONS on assembly. I put the gel and blue sheets on backwards it seems. So now theres no way of keeping this on. Literally nothing here tells anything about this step. Just caution and maintenance info. 40 bucks wasted 😒

Easy instructions, fast assembly and convenient charging. Lightweight for abs, arms, or your creativity. Extra pads included which is great. I’d charge it before using or it may be a tad weak. Different settings for different wants or needs. I didn’t find any setting to be too intense but you can feel it and adjust accordingly to your comfort level. Very sticky, but the holder is flexible, thin and comfortable. 100% follow the instructions taking it off the maintain the pads. Sturdy for the weight, reasonably priced, and couple it with your gym workout to bolster results. I’ve used these in the past with success and would recommend this one if you don’t want to throw down a ton of money for a unit, it’s quite effective. I like the detatched arm pieces as well, that was an added bonus. Easy to install and read dials, three way charger included for all pieces. Thank you!

I got this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. The adhesive on it is great and it fits him perfect, the value for money is amazing, the performance of it is great. It works exactly like it should and you can feel your muscles tense up, but it is also comfortable and lightweight. He seems to have gotten some pretty good results, but I love him just the way he is. So I'm a little biased. But if he gives it five stars, I give it five stars!

I don't know if it's because there are a lot more points of contact for the ab belt, but I can barely even notice its effects even when I have it set to maximum. Because of that, I have quit trying to use the ab belt. The arm bands work very well though, and I have resigned myself to using those for each section, extending the overall length of time it takes to use this, as I move the arm bands to the different sections on my stomach to take care of the work that the ab belt was supposed to.

It has different modes for different wants. I do wish it was more intense but its easy to wear while I clean the house I can feel it contracting my muscles which is what I want.

I have used this now for almost 3 months. If you use it daily on the front of your stomach or on your back, it definitely does help tone that area. You need to be sitting down to really use this as if you sweat a lot the sticky pads aren’t gonna stick to you. But that’s any advice. She used sticky pads like this. I have replaced a sticky pads once on this. But I will tell you the results are real if you use it continuously. I also work out 4 to 5 times a week so I am in decent shape. It just adds to my shape a little bit more.
