The adhesive sucks does not stay on. It is not worth your money. You can’t even walk around or anything with them on without them falling off do not buy.

The power is really good for the arms. On only half power it was working my arms like crazy. On the abs, I had it at max level and barely felt anything. Unfortunately the pads don't stick too well but that can be fixed using an ace bandage. It really should be a full wrap around with more power for the abs. ... show more

Been using this thing a couple hours each day while at work (desk job) and it has really tightened up my tummy. Wife has even mentioned she can tell a difference. Just be careful while its on adjusting to your body - make sure its OFF 1st. Comes with added bonus of extra pads, btw, quite a nice surprise. Oh, and you can charge all 3 electric units at the same time, because it comes with a unique 3-way USB charger. Very durable product and it really works.     • Pads don't stick more than 2 uses
Sticky pads. They only last for a couple of uses. There's 16 pads required for the set of stims and they only provide one spare set of 16. So if you use the stims 3-4 times in a week, then you're done. You actually would need over 100 pads for 1 month. Then what!? Also, the fabric for the abs device is not fabric, it's a stiff sheet of plastic that cuts into your skin at the top and bottom, esp if you sit. The only redeeming case (which gets the 2 star review instead of 1) is if you are able to use something to wrap around the devices. In my case, I use elastic Ace knee sleeves on the arms and a velcro back brace to wrap around my abs. This actually works pretty good because all the pads need to do is to make good contact to skin, not to hold things in place. I recommend a better product that wraps with velcro closures. Also, there's no stim function on the side pads. Not even a sizzle at max power. ... show more
