After a poor experience with this product (abdomen pad) their customer support reached out to me to remedy the situation. They immediately sent out a new one which I received in just a few days. While the replacement unit does work, poor pad adhesion is still a problem and requires constant attention - and this is without physical movement; the more you move, the quicker the pad peels off. While their customer service is superb, this product, because of its adhesive pads, unfortunately misses the mark. Original review: Poorly written instructions. The adhesive pads do not stick well to skin and need to be held/pressed with hands. Once the unit is turned on, the pulse is localized to where the leads are (behind the control device) and does not spread to the rest of the pad area. To boot, this item is not returnable because it’s classified as containing flammable liquids or gases (which it obviously does not) Nice one.

OMG! This thing sucks. 80% of the mats don't work, they feel very poor quality and break within a few days of use, never again, throw them straight in the trash, I feel cheated.

I was reluctant to buy this product because I've always believed that you can't get something for nothing. But to my amazement, I was impressed that I was so sore a couple of days later from using this product. It was truly like I had spent an hour with a personal trainer, where the personal trainer pushes you more than when you work out by yourself. It occurs to me that this is a great alternative when you can't make it to the gym, or at times that you may be injured (and want to work out a non-injured body part). And I was impressed by the customer service. There was rapid response to my questions and needs. That being said, There are a few glitches with the product, but I'm not complaining because the product is so incredible. 1) The product can sometimes not stick to the body (I use arm bands to hold them in place). 2) There is no mention as to what the different settings do. 3) I would have liked a little more instruction on how to use the product (like a work out plan and the best way to apply and how to use the product over time). Most of what you need to know is actually in the ad and not the instruction manual. On a side note, I can think of so many applications of this product, like using it on bed ridden patients so they don't loose muscle mass, or obese people as a way for them to kick start their efforts. Why is no one talking about this product?!

When I purchased this abs stimulator, I was skeptical. However, after three weeks of use it really works. More over you can do this in a comfort of watching TV in your chair. I highly recommend this product.

Im excited to finally try this. I bought it in January but the pads that came with it didn’t work. I reached out and they put me on the list to send replacements. I just the got replacement pads in August and the first couple tries seemed to work well. I do wish they would sell the pads on Amazon, hopefully a future plan of theirs.
