I’ve only used them a few times, but they do exactly what I want. Compression to decrease edema in my legs. It’s no louder than the calf pumps I’ve used in the hospital. It does feel a little like a blood pressure cuff squeezing, but I like that it has three modes and heat. I’ve only used the minimal heat, but think the high would be fine with a layer between the pump and skin.

I just wrote an extensive description for a duplicate one of these I am selling, so I figured I would also leave it as a review: Fit King lower leg massager with heat. Adjustable for 14.2”-21.6” calves. I already have an identical one of these, and I use it all the time for severe Restless Legs Syndrome. Almost daily. This product is **tremendously effective** for the purpose I need it for (Restless Legs Syndrome). Three features I have comments on: 1. When using the heat, I have a couple of issues. Don’t dial it all the way up at first, because it gets quite uncomfortably hot. Also, when you turn on the heat the massage does not work as well (intensity-wise), and does not seem to last as long, although I haven’t actually timed it. I do not use the heat anymore because the massage is more important to me. 2. Regarding fit. I weigh 400 lbs. I have not measured my calves, but I am sure they are on the larger end of the 14.2”-21.6” range. The extenders that come with this item are weird and confusing. If you are on the lower end of the range, it is very straightforward to use. Don’t worry about it. But when using the extenders, I struggle and my two teenagers struggle to figure out how they attach. My husband is the only one who has it actually figured out and who can put these on me correctly. 3. This is not a cordless item. The cords do get tangled a bit when not stored properly (I do not store properly I throw it on the floor next to my chair where it also gets covered in cat hair). However - I definitely prefer a corded product for this item. I do not want it to stop when I am in misery, and I have to wait to recharge it or, worse, put a million expensive disposable batteries in it. I would not personally ever buy a cordless leg massager, personal preference. Otherwise I have zero problems with daily use of this item. I fact, my RLS gets so bad at times that I will run it over and over for an hour at least. The controller (remote) heats up when I do this but it has never malfunctioned.

I read the reviews prior to purchasing and decided on trying fit king. I have issues with tight calves and thought I'd give it a try. I also contemplated foot to thigh lengths but, due to cost, wanted to see if it would be worth the additional investment in this brand or try some other. As it turned out, I am am sufficiently satisfied with this product as the modes and heat perform as stated. I suggest a buyer to try the different settings in addition to how loose to adjust the velcro when putting on. I actually like it a bit loose because otherwise the compression could feel to hard. I was surprised that l was good with keeping it on low with heat and only for the timed 20 minutes. I will probably purchase the full leg open knee style in the future. I think that some may even skip this calve version to a fuller leg version. I may have done that as well had I was certain of how well these worked. Of course, I can only offer my opinion.

Wow, it works really well. Does not get to hot. But you can set it to what you like. Easy to use and put on. I like the cord is long enough to use the leg messager in bed. Just get it.

Objective: heat pad for calves. Bonus was the massage option. Does not allow for just heat option or get hot enough. The massage is better than anticipated and I might keep it based on this alone

My calves cramps all the time since for ever. Being a massage therapist I do not care for many of those electric massage products since I have tried many and they end up in a closet and not being used much. Price wise I only gave it a 4 stars because they went on sale 40 percent 1 month after I bought them lol. Now things that I realize about this product: 1- Good for any size people. I am a big girl over 230 pounds so they fit.. its a plus for people like me who have hard time finding things that fit for bigger people. .:) 2- Both sleeves like mentioned in the instructions has right or left written on it so it does help when you are trying to figure out for the first time which one to put where . 3- You need to try adjusting how tight you put them on because if its too tight you might not like the pressure when it first starts. They are like those products you use for your blood pressure. If its too tight when you put them on your legs they will squeeze lots..so just give some space and don't tied them too hard until you figure what work for you. 4- The heater even on low for me is very very hot so most time half way into using them i turn it off.. There is no really a switch to control the exact temperature but i do enjoy the heat because they help relaxing the muscles. 5- yes like mentioned 20 mn then it shut off automatically is when you actually start enjoying the massage and relaxing..so it sucks that it only is good for 20 minutes at a time. 6- It has 3 settings on it. SEQUENCE: you get a variation of pressure and massage. CIRCULATION: its actually the setting that gives me one of the most work out. It is like using your knuckles and digging into the muscles. So for people that need a deep massage its the setting to use. WHOLE: Its the relaxing style.The sleeves just inflate and deflate like the ones they use at the hospital so your blood circulate. Its good for people who wants a relaxing and light leg massage. SUMARRY: Not better than a hand massage but it does help when you are like me and cramp a lot. The heat is one of the feature I do enjoy lot. And as you get into half the massage you do start to relax. I haven't cramp so far since i am using them and I usually cramp once or twice a week. At first I used them daily but now I used them once or twice a week. only because i am lazy to put them on lol..
