Ok even tho the seems separated very quickly. The seller did contact me to tell me there was a manufacture warranty for one year! And they refunded the purchase! I did not see that the seller did write me back because Amazon did not send me an email for their response initially. Awesome seller! The product is good but when it’s kids with special needs they are rough and busted those seems within the first week lol. I got this way back in September so I can't return it now. But it was a Christmas gift (I start buying in summer as I like to go big for my family) I opened this on Christmas for my two year old daughter and nephew. And it's already popped and deflated. And the hole isn't a hole like it was popped by anything it's in the seam so definitely poorly made! I can't even get it replaced or refunded even though it only lasted a week because I got it way before Christmas. But it said it wasn't able to be popped. Even with a needle! That's a lie because mine literally tore at the seam. From 2 year olds playing on it. And it WAS In a room with no sharp toys. I made sure of that. ... show more

Wow - awesome and innovative product! I can’t say enough about it. I purchased this sensory chair for my 4-year-old child, and it most definitely exceeded what I expected. 
 OK first addressing the elephant in the room. I've noticed some reviews mentioning durability issues, but we have not had any of these. We put a mat down under the Rocker to ensure no sharp sticks or other random objects puncture the Rocker. We also noticed a bit of softening after a week or so but it takes less than a minute to top up the Rocker with the included pump 
(Maybe some others have been unlucky with a random dud but that’s the beauty of ordering on AMZ, isn’t it? You can just get a replacement.) Overall, this is an excellent sensory integration tool, especially for children who need movement and sensory stimulation. While it's not cheap, considering the benefits it provides for my child, I found it well worth the investment! Update after a moth: my kids love this thing. W haven’t had any deflating issues so far and my kids do put it through a lot lol. Now, my 8year old says it’s perfect for playing with his new vr headset- it also makes me calmer that he won’t run into a window. ... show more

We were so excited about this rocker I bought my kids for Christmas, it even matched our sofa and looked cool in our living room. After just one movie night with my small kids snuggled on it, it started deflating and by the morning it was almost flat. Very disappointing EDIT: because my kids loved the rocker, we gave it another chance and ordered another one. And it deflated even faster then the first one we got… returned both ... show more

EDIT:I do have to say customer service has been very kind and helpful! They offered a refund, which I had already started the process of getting from returning thru amazon. They stated they are working on the seams on the rocker and sent their chair and pea pod for my kids to have instead. When their seams have been upgraded on the rocker we will give it another shot. I have changed my 1 star to a 3 star due their good customer service on wanting to make things right. We bought one of these and it only lasted 2 weeks before it wouldn't hold air anymore, we could not find a hole, tho we did not search the seams on that one very hard. Got a replacement, and this second one then did the same thing. Lasted about 2-3 weeks before we came home new years day to it deflated horribly. We searched this 2nd one and found the hole this time, right along one of the seams where the more velvety plastic meets the smooth. My kids are so disappointed, they loved it for the time it did hold air, but it is not worth the cost with seams giving out in less then a month. ... show more
