I’m actually really impressed with this unit . Great value for the money . It even came with a zip lock bag full of extra gel pads . I bought it to use more like a TENS unit. I have a TENS unit that isn’t very easy to set up or adjust. This feels exactly the same, but has such an easier set up and is so easy to program and use. It is not cumbersome to wear and walk around or multitask while wearing (especially compared to what my TENS unit entailed with a device with multiple cords and leads). Super easy to wear around the house while doing other things. It is very strong even on the lower settings . I like the variety of pulse mode settings . I believe it has a 20 minute auto off setting. As well as will shut off after 3 seconds if it doesn’t detect the gel pads adhering to skin. I’m not exactly sure the effectiveness this unit will have in regards to toning abdominal muscles but don’t let that deter you from purchasing. ... show more

The adhesive patches aren't the best. But overall surprisingly satisfied with the results that I have noticed from using the product. I'm not the only one who has noticed the positive results from the use of this product. My girlfriend calls it cheating

    • Wow! This thing really works!
Holy moly! I felt a tightness in my abs the first time I used it! After using it for the first week, my definition was popping! After a month, I moved into crops before the first snowfall LOL Unfortunately in October I started by buying other brands and had to send them back. The two others that I have tried both died right away and wouldn’t recharge. This is the 3rd ab set that I have bought and it has been the best! And, I can attest to the fact that this one has worked non-stop for 3 months without fail. All the pads clean well and have kept great contact without one issue. When I need new pads or anything, I will be sticking to purchasing through these guys because of the great results and the price. I couldn’t see paying an astronomical amount on others when research led me here for A LOT less! (Too bad I didn’t listen to my gut on the first and second purchases) LOL I’m a happy customer for sure! ... show more

    • The adhesive pads do not stick to the clean skin
Just received this pact and to my disappointment, not only do the adhesive pads don’t stick to skin (abdomen and arms), but the clear gel pads come off on the skin, when the product is removed! Since there are no belts to hold the adhesives down, I tied around scarves….took way too much time to just put them on, esp to toe around each arm, myself! But once in place, secured by the scarves, they seem to be working well. I just wish this product came with straps. **The company should send the straps or I’m afraid I might RETURN these.** Not worth the effort/the time it took to put them on. There are plenty other options. ... show more

The product definitely works, but the contact pads wear out after a couple of weeks. The replacements which come with it are incredibly thin and aren’t as sticky.
