If you’re looking for something that actually moves your muscles and doesn't just "tingle," this is it. ### **The Performance** The muscle stimulation is surprisingly powerful. You can actually see and feel your abs **contracting and working** through the different modes. It’s intense in the best way possible, and you can really feel the deep tissue engagement. ### **The "Gel" Secret** While the unit works well on its own, **using it with conductive gel is a total game-changer.** * It makes the connection much more consistent. * The pulses feel smoother and deeper. * It prevents that "stinging" sensation you sometimes get with dry pads. * **Trust me:** Buy the gel; it makes an already great product work even better. ### **Bonus: Pain Relief** An unexpected benefit has been the **pain relief.** I originally got this just for muscle toning, but I’ve started using it on my lower back and sore spots after the gym. Saying that I feel like I just threw my money away is an understatement. I could not be more frustrated with this product. I’m a 40-year-old female, 5’2" tall, and about 117 pounds, wearing a size XS in most clothing. I work out at least four days per week and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The reason I purchased this item was that, at the age of 40, I have noticed that my arms and belly are accumulating more weight, and it’s harder to work on those areas. I bought this, hoping to have a booster in my routine. Well, the item arrived, and I was super excited to try it on. The "glue pad" is worthless; it doesn't stick at all! Literally, it won’t stay in place for a second. I’m thinking that to be able to use this, I will have to put an elastic sleeve and a belt or something like that to keep them in place because they definitely won't stick to your skin otherwise. Second, the instructions: The arm and belly item include a pamphlet that only mentions who should not use this item and safety precautions in terms of not being waterproof, etc. However, there is no guidance or information about the item itself and how to use it. For example, what does each mode do? I’m assuming that if there are six different modes, each one of them should have a purpose, or do the six modes function identically? The levels as well – there is no guidance on what level we should use, depending on the intended use. Literally, this is an item that, assuming you can make it work (i.e., keep it stuck to your skin and on), you probably will have to use it guessing what you are doing because there are no instructions whatsoever. Third, and most importantly, this thing doesn’t stay on! I tried to test it just out of the box, and I could turn it "on," which means the lights on the screen came on, but that was it! The item gave me a slight electrical shock, then the screen turned off, and nothing else happened. It’s definitely very frustrating spending money on something, waiting for it to arrive, and then encountering these issues. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone, and I’m returning this product.

I would wipe my stomach w alcohol to remove oils etc present. It was only then that the pads stuck. The device did have great stimulation. But when I moved it to hit the other the once used pads were actually useless. One of the chargeable devices never charged nor turned on at any point.

Works great!! Having multiple rechargeable power pucks ensures you can always have one ready to use. Having the different programs to select from definitely keeps the muscles guessing and not used to a routine.

Only used a handful of times. Need to use more often. I got it in hopes to get rid of some belly fat. I like how easy it is to apply and use and the auto turn off after 20 min.
