    • Gel pads don't stick. Have to use tape instead
It works. Would've gave it a 5 star if I didn't have to tape it to my body cause the gel pads only last for 3 minutes. Better off paying the extra 30$ for the ones with the belt and straps for the arms to avoid frustration and inconvenience but it works lol

great addition when you are working out, enhances results. I have been using it for about a month now and can start t see definition and feel my abdomen stronger. I have tried using it while working out but if you get sweaty it starts loosing up so best to use before you work out or after just dry the area before applying the stick gel part on you. defiantly great addition to enhance results while also making better life habits. ... show more

It works pretty good but the tabs for me at least were a one time use I made sure I didn’t have lotion on prior to putting these on but they came off fairly easy. I haven’t been able to use it lately because I need the sticky pads. All in all it helps sore muscles and to engage your core.
