I also had been wanting a large skillet that can handle several whole slices of bacon without me having to cut some in half. I absolutely love using these. Good heat distribution and heavier than expected. Handles are secure and comfortable. I would give it five stars based on using them for only one month but the durably, strength and life of the coating is unknown. I expect the coating to last a long time.

These frying pans are a joy to cook with! I just followed the easy instructions on how and what to use, in regard to cooking oils, and my chicken turned out tender and delicious! If I cook my husband cleans up. He loved how easy these Sansart pans clean so easily! Well worth their $!
