As I stated in other reviews, my goal is to have a set of these wonderful pots and pans. Absolutely love them and wish I had them long ago! Heavy duty, can go in the dishwasher, I like the handles as they are easy to maneuver the pots and they also look rustic, which is what we have in our household. I was amazed that they could go in the dishwasher even with those handles! We are so happy we got these pans, especially that my husband is the "chef" in the house while I am the "baker." It was definitely smaller than expected, I think I got 9.5", the bottom was rounded, not flat, the handle has a faux wood finish, and the handle l had a rubber feel which I found a bit unsettling. Kind of like the inside of latex gloves without the powder. I haven't used it but the feel in my hand is... weird to me. The inside of the pan is kind of bumpy but not scratched or worn. I didn't expect it to come in two pieces, but there was a screw driver included to attach the handle. I think that's pretty cool to be able to remove the handle. Also, it heavier than I expected. Which maybe means it's better quality? Time will tell. It works on induction ... show more

Have been using it almost daily for a couple months now and it is truly a nonstick pan unlike others I have used in the past that starts to stick after awhile. The surface distributes heat evenly when I cook so I don’t run into problems with burnt/uncooked food on different parts of the pan. Very easy to clean as everything gets washed away with water easily on the nonstick surface. Just need to be careful not to scratch the coating. The handle is smooth, easy to grip, and insulates heat well. It can be detached for use in the oven as well. The wooden pattern is also a nice touch. I'm impressed by how solid, but not overly heavy this pan is. Also, a very effective non-stick service with easy cleanup. I use it mostly for scrambled eggs and omelettes and really couldn't be more pleased with the pan. I also like that it fits flat in my sink for rinsing. This pan works great. Be sure to follow the directions. No High Heat and No Pan Spray. I just use a very small amount of oil and everything just slides right out of the pan. You can almost clean up with just a paper towel. So far this pan has performed as described.

Requires some oil but works really well. Usually cooking eggs in this pan. Two fit easily. I've done frozen turkey burgers as well, they browned nicely and turned out great. It has only gotten a couple of months of use so far so time will tell.
