I love this pan. It doesn't even go into storage. It sits on the stove top and gets used daily. Most of the time, it gets a quick wipe with a damp paper towel in between uses. Nothing sticks to this thing. My dad eats a grilled cheese sandwich for supper every night, so just a quick wipe is all it usually needs to be ready for the next one. If I use it for anything else, it gets a little spray of Dawn and some warm water. The pan came with a full-size Phillips-head screwdriver to attach the handle, which was a plus. Who can't use an extra screwdriver in their junk drawer? The pan does a great job of browning meat, cooking eggs, etc, without any issues. I have yet to find anything that sticks to it. Melted cheese, scrambled eggs, everything just slides out of it with no residue. I'm planning to replace some of my older pans that are losing their non-stick qualities.

Firstly; they send you a decent screwdriver to install the handle! This screwdriver is almost better than what you find in most stores. Enough about the add-ons... The handle; it feels solid, and a texture that is rubbery feeling but not rough. It's very smooth and easy to handle(Excuse the pun), which will make it very easy to clean. When I unboxed it, my first thought was "wow, this thing is light!". The pan surface has that grainy/stone finish and feel to it, which would make you think every bit of cooked food will stick in each molecule of open pore. So, I did the water test. It immediately beaded up and rolled around the pan like rain-x treatment on your windshield. Which resists sticking and being slowed down from texture. When you cook on these kinds of pans; do not put them on high heat! Follow the directions and do not put under cold water when it's still hot, don't use a scrubbing pad or metal utensils. Treat it like a cast iron pan, wipe it clean with a damp towel and dab of dish soap. Rinse and give the cook side a very light wipe down with olive oil & store it covered. I wanted a good egg omelette pan and for pancakes, this should cook very well with a nice distribution of heat being aluminum. The crepe pan from Sensarte will be next on my purchase list. I'll update after a few times of cooking.

I needed a small frying pan and decided I’d try the 8 inch sensarte. Never had even heard of the brand but it looked like something I would like. This was the first skillet that I had to put together. The handle and screw are separate from the pan. EZPZ putting it together. The company even provides you with a full size screwdriver! So I have been using this 8 inch almost every day for probably 8 months or so. It has held up just great. Non stick. So I decided I needed another one , only larger. I recently purchased a 10 inch pan. Now I not only have two skillets that I love, but I also have two new screwdrivers (cross head). If you’ve never tried this brand of pans, do yourself a favor and just try one pan. I’m sure you will love it, or at least like it.

I make eggs just about every morning and I had been using a Teflon nonstick but was getting concerned about the chemicals that might be in that substance coming out everyday in my eggs. The look, weight, feel, and performance are great. I hand wash it everyday after use so I haven’t tried the dish washer. But how quick and easy it is to hand wash it probably won’t try. At first I was taken back by the fact that the handle was not attached to the pan when it arrives and they give you a screwdriver to do it yourself. But afterward I was happy now that I know how easy it comes apart if you needed to for cleaning or anything. I throw just a little butter in the pan before my eggs and nothing has ever stuck.

I was skeptical with this purchase because I thought the other reviews weren't accurate. But it's good as they say it is. Great buy and value for the money. The package comes with a heavy duty screw driver for assembling the handle which takes 5 minutes or less. The size I got didn't come with a lid. So far this frying pan hasn't disappoint. I was sold when my cheese omelet slid right out the pan, NO STICKING. Easy to cook with. The pan is very easy to clean as all foods slide out, and if there is anything that is a bit stubborn I used Ajax and a sponge, and it wiped it out. The white color so far hasn't stained as nothing I cooked sticked to the pan.

Here is my promised update on the pan’s performance. Maybe it’s because my old Teflon pan was so bad that the comparison is so drastic, but no, that’s not it at all. I remembered my old pan when it was new but honestly, this one blew it out of the water! I purchased another larger, well received pan, so I know how to care of my cooking gear. It performed as described. My eggs just slid out of the pan just like those fake commercials that suck you in like a grade school dropout. But this one worked beautifully. My skepticism vanished like my breakfast. Cleaning was terrific, or shall I say, too darn easy! I’m the kind of cook who cleans as I cook. Like any good pot or pan, you need to let it cool down first before washing it. Rinsing is all it took but I’m fastidious where cleaning is concerned, so read the instructions and this pan should last a long time. I whole heartedly recommend this for the price, the excellent craftsmanship and high end materials used. Why would anyone use Teflon where ceramics is safe and just as good, if not better. Enjoy it, we are.

This pan is so easy to use. Just follow the instructions and your good to go. It's durable and the surface is non stick as stated. It's also very sturdy without being too heavy. Nice color and the handle is flush, a nice look. I got the 9.5 inch pan and it's perfect for single person cooking. I'd buy a larger one if I had a large family. Packaged with a small bit of elegance, the box and even the instruction book are nicer than most skillets in this price point. Would make a great gift for a beginner or advanced cook.
