    • Excellent pan!!! Except the lid came dented

I LOVE this pan and would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately It was over a month before I returned to the US to physically get my pan. The lid was dented and did not fit right. Not sure if this happened in shipping or it came that way. But I couldn't return it so I kept it as is. The pan itself functions fantastic! I have cooked vegetables, browned chicken, made bacon, and then created a sauce. It did all things well. It will brown and sear, unlike some non-stick pans, in order to scrape up the bits and make a sauce or gravy, which is great. Truly nothing sticks to it and it cleans up easily with soap and water. It's pretty heavy, sometimes I need two hands to pour stuff out of it, but a solid fry pan is going to be heavy. I like having the pour spout area, but wish there were two, so I could use either hand. However I don't think any pan offers that. The bottom is perfectly flat, and does well on my glass cooktop. I really like the wood handle, as it stays cool, and is wide, easy to grasp, and not slippery. This is replacing a T-Fal large fry pan with lid that I have had and loved for 20 years, but the nonstick surface started to wear out. This pan is more heavy duty, nothing sticks, and I think it will last a long time since it's not really a coated surface. This one is wider, which I love, because it gives me more surface ares to cook. The sides are high enough to keep food contained but not too high that you can't get food out. For the price, I am over the moon happy with this product, and I am very particular about the performance of my cookware and utensils. Oh how I only wish that the lid fit!!! ... show more

Got this deeper pan so I could cook certain food and not make as much of a mess on the stove. Haven't used it a ton yet, but has worked great so far, very non-stick and cooks food well as expected. Despite being very thick it seem to be very light overall, so I expect less time to heat, but less heat retention as well (so while it looks kinda like an enameled cast iron pan, don't treat it like one). The only oddity I've found is that while the pour spout seems to be a useful addition it also creates a gap that lets out far more steam than your average lidded pan, so watch out when simmering or steaming, you will lose some extra moisture. ... show more

Purchased the 10” deep fry w/lid and 10” regular pan (so the one lid fits both). I like my omelettes with whatever I have a taste for at that time. So wife said, you need to make your own. I hated cleaning the old pans, so. These have been great so far. Instructions says use a little oil. Yes I actually read it. Cooks great and very easy cleanup. I also bought the wooden utensils not to scratch them but they seem pretty durable, just don’t want to take a chance. I have a flat top stove, so can’t say if used on a direct burner or gas. I love these pans! I bought the 12 inch and the 10 inch ones right after Christmas. They are so easy to use. The wooden handles are fantastic! They are easy to clean and hold so much food. The sides are higher than what I was previously using. I love the grease drains on the sides of the bigger one. They are a little heavier than what I'm used to using but not too heavy. The recipes I have tried so far have cooked better! I would recommend buying these pans! It's so nice to find nonstick pans with lids! ... show more

I love this pan. It’s amazing. It heats evenly, appears to be very durable. I love the touch and feel of the bakelite handle. I don’t think that I’ll put it in the dishwasher though. It’s so easy to clean that it’s not necessary anyway, unless you’re just feeling lazy. My two gripes, which combined took off a star: - why on earth is the pour spout in the left side of the pan? For a right handed person, this means you have to pour to the left, then scrape down the food with your off hand. Extremely awkward and it’s a poor design choice. - the materials are not boiler safe, which is fine, but some dishes I like to finish off in the broiler for browning cheese, bread crumbs, etc. if you do that a lot, pick another pan. ... show more

I did not have one pan that would get hot enough to properly heat the oil for making fry bread. We thought we were going to have to get a different stove or an outside gas burner. I love everything about this pan. The size is what I expected. The pan is not heavy and the wooden handle is so easy to use. The food does not stick and the pan heats up fast. Clean up is easy . I intend on getting the rest if my pots and pans replaced with this company
