Most efficient and protective packaging. Product came with unattached handles. As soon as I opened the small hardware package I was impressed. It was , almost surprisingly refreshing (though not needed) that it came with the screwdriver. And not a cheap one at that. Then, when I saw how this piece was engineered, I was absolutely blown away. On either side of the center that holds the screws, there are symmetrical channels that hold the handles in alignment to virtually eliminate the screws loosening with use. Great Pan for heat distribution and very easy to clean (dishwasher) still looks good after 3 months of use (3 times weekly). FYI, I cook a lot of hamburger 4 to 5 pounds at a time. This product is bulky, which, has pros (very sturdy construction, easy to handle when cooking something heavy) and cons (big handle on one side smaller one on the opposing makes fitting it into the dishwasher and cupboard annoying sometimes ). I love this pan and wish I had found it sooner. It's a very versatile size, and the lid makes it easy to cook dinner all in one pan. It works for burgers, pancakes, chili, pasta, eggs, etc., etc. The coating is heavy duty--not that cheap stuff that flakes off-- and the bottom is nice and thick so it doesn't warp when it gets hot. The only thing I wish it did was go under the broiler. When it comes time to replace some of my other cookware, I'll buy Sensarte pans again. ... show more

Do Not Buy This Product.. Specifications state pan is dishwasher safe..! Believe me, It's not! After washing in the dishwasher a black film covers bottom of pan after each washing! I have never experienced this in any kitchen pan or pot I've used in all my 77 years...!

The pan is nice and deep. It held a large stir fry with noodles. It fried breaded pork chops to a golden brown on medium heat. It is nice and heavy, with handles on both sides. The clean up is easy and there are no gromets inside the pan to snag dish cloth or food bits, one easy swipe.

I love this pan. Nothing sticks to it yet I can easily brown anything I want to. I have used It to stir fry, make pasta sauces, sear meat. Whatever I have asked of it, it has done. The only drawback is that the handles are not ovenproof. I like to start some things on top of the stove then finish them in a hot oven. Not possible with this pan. I don't like it less, it just puts a crimp in my cooking style. I'd recommend this pan, regardless of the handles. Good value. One star off for the handles. Not a deal breaker. ... show more

I treat this pan like a cast iron skillet. The instructions say to always put the pan away dry so I assume there is some metal in the surface. So I rarely do anything except wipe the pan out with a clean paper towel. So far it has been awesome.
