I don’t write reviews often, but this pan gives me so much joy in the kitchen, I had to share. This sauté pan (I got the biggest one in white) is my favorite pan ever, in the history of my 40+ years of cooking! I have used it daily and nightly for a month and I truly wonder how I lived without it all my life. I love to cook and my pans see a ton of use. I’ve left this pan dirty overnight and it still wipes/rinses clean in the morning. The heat is evenly distributed and the pan adjusts well to heat changes, making the food easy to cook without burning. Now, I don’t plan on putting it in the dishwasher…simply no need as it wipes so clean with zero effort. And I would use only plastic or wooden utensils. I love the weight of it, heavy duty enough but lighter and easier to hold and handle than any other pan. The well-seasoned cast-iron pans I’ve lovingly used and babied are getting too heavy…although I will still turn to them if something needs to go from stovetop to hot oven or broiler. I love the look of this pan with the Bakelite wooden handle, and I leave it out on display. I just bought myself the matching 2.0 and 2.5 quart sauce pans on 20% discount, because I am tired of pasta and anything else I cook sticking to the pan. I’m going to buy the omelette pan next, but right now I use my big sauté pan to cook eggs on one side and fry up a big slice of sourdough on the other side. I’m tempted to buy another one just in case they stop making them like this. Great cookware! Don’t search any further! Get it! ... show more

    • Beautiful Deep Frying Skillet That Handles Well

The pan is distinct looking, more so than the other standard dark brown-gray non-stick pan color. It is speckled and unique-looking. The faux wood handle is cool though evidently fake. I like that there are very few seams and nook/crannies that collect food debris, burnt stuff that makes it hard to clean. As noted in the description, the pan walls do not have rivets for the handle which makes cleaning this pan much more enjoyable. No more burnt schmutz around the rivet getting brown and nasty. The non-stick works well, I cannot complain about it. I like to turn my flame up to medium -high to almost high and it has held up without turning color on the cooking surface. It also has not gotten tacky/sticky from high heat use so far. Only time will tell. I will report back if it gets bad. We use the pan for stir-frying, making bacon, warming tortillas, pretty much everything. Nothing has stuck and it hasn't turned color. After much cooking in it, I will occasionally fry an egg without oil and it still comes out without sticking, though nothing makes things crisp up like a little oil in the pan. It seems to handle everything like a champ. It can go into the oven with moderate temps in the 300Fs. I haven't tried that yet, however. The lid fits well and works nicely. It has a round knob that screws into the lid so you do have to contend with the occasional loosening screw. I do prefer the metal U-shaped handles because of that. The drawback of the u-shaped handle is that you cannot lay the lid flat on its back like you can with the flat top round handle that comes with this one. It's personal preference. The pan is also lighter than my cast iron (as most pans will be) and we tend to use this more for everyday cooking though for searing meats and hamburgers, nothing beats the infernal heat you can inflict upon a cast iron pan. Overall, the pan seems much more high quality and unique than some of the common non-sticks out there. We are pretty rough with our cookware since they are used a great deal, so I will report back in a little while. It's a nice versatile pan for almost all of your cooking. I would get two for multiple uses at the same time, if it were not for my cast iron skillet. ... show more

My everyday go-to pots and pans are Revere Ware and Emeril stainless steel. I LOVE stainless steel cookware, however sometimes do not feel like scraping stuck on food, so I have also used several brands of nonstick to ease the scrubbing (and cussing LOL). The last set of nonstick skillets I used was Blue Diamond… Blue Diamond started out promising, even provided the nonstick ability to fry chicken fried steak with minimal oil and not destroying the breading. (For all of you chicken fried steak lovers out there – you know what I mean!) The Blue Diamond lasted 6 months and started flaking off the nonstick coating terribly. Alas, I needed new nonstick. After months of looking, I found these. I bought the SENSARTE Nonstick Deep Frying Pan Skillet, 12-inch Saute Pan with Lid, SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet with Glass Lid 9.5 inch and the SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet with Lid 11 inch. These pans are absolutely wonderful! They cook extremely even, nothing has stuck to them, including eggs and cheese, in fact eggs and cheese slide right out! I have used very minimal oil or butter to cook with as well. Cleanup is quick and effortless. I would highly recommend these, am not related to anyone with the company, this was not a solicited review, but an honest review from a home cook of 30 years. ... show more

I am new to ceramic cookery. I usually prefer cast iron, but this is my new favorite it’s large so I can cook a one pan meal in it. I can use it to prepare breakfast with scrambled eggs on one-sided and meet on the other. I can also boil that pasta in it. I can use this one pan to boil, sauté, and then incorporate all together. It was a little pricey, but I haven’t priced them another store, so I’m not sure about that either. I really love this pan though. I love the glass lid. I love the weight of this pan. The only bummer for me is that I can’t pop it into the oven but whatever I loved this pan I would purchase it again. ... show more

Ive had this non-stick non-PFOA deep dish cooking skillet for a year now and love it. I am a cook and love that i can make a French omelette in this with no butter or oil; it just rolls up effortlessly. It needs no washing besides a rinse and dry as nothing sticks, yet it crisps anything needed, and has an elegant look as well. I wish i didn't already have so much cookware so that i could buy and use their complete set! Highly recommended, 5 stars in every category. ... show more
