The Sensarte pan presents as advertised. Reviews of the pan are accurate. The pan has a nice non-stick coating to prepare foods. Do be careful to use utensils that DO NOT scratch the surface. The pan's handle is very sturdy and does not need a pot holder. Washing up the pan is easy as long as you don't have burned on food. Even though it is aluminum, it does cook evenly as though it were a cast iron pan. Do not use harsh cleaning solutions or scratchy sponges on the surface.
