This is the best quality pan that I've owned. 4.5 stars. Granite coating, wow. Both the pan and lid are heavy so even though it take awhile to get hot on a glass-top stove, it has even cooking and stays evenly hot when the stovetop is cycling on and off. Great pan. We got a new magnetic induction cooktop and the only pans that worked were our high maintenance stainless which needed so much butter or oil. I wanted a non stick pan that was magnetic induction friendly. So happy I chose this one. It’s a good size and a good depth and looks sharp. I barely need butter or oil and cleaning is a breeze. I’ve already ordered a second size. Oh and these come with a nice screw driver.
