I love this little pan. I use it to make eggs mostly and it works so well for that. I add a tiny bit of butter or garlic oil, although it doesn't really need it and it cooks them perfectly without anything sticking and I can actually flip the egg in the pan like pro chefs do. My daughter was so impressed when she tried it and it worked. Also, it is easy to clean using just a paper towel. I'm going to look for a whole set of this brand.

Love This Ceramic Pan

This pan is so nice! The handle is separate when delivered and securely attached with the provided screwdriver, screw and lock nut. There is also an extra screw and lock nut provided. Once attached the handle is secure, user friendly and is perfect lifting the pan. I love the ceramic finish and the pale green color of the outer pan. I used it both on an electric glass cooktop and on an induction cooktop and on both the heat distribution is even and the eggs cooked perfectly. Cleaning was so quick!! The pan cools so fast and soap and water does the trick. I used a wood spatula and it was perfect. Just love this pan.

Absolutely wonderful pan! It’s non stick and cleans up easily. It’s heavy enough to cook food properly without scorching. The large size is great for cooking family meals or cooking extra food to freeze. It’s scratch resistant and the depth of the pan allows me to sauté, stir fry and cook pasta dishes so easily. This pan hasn’t warped at all even with high heat. Definitely my new favorite pan! I’m a big fan of the blue color too.

I love the idea of stainless steel but it's hard to clean and you have to wait so long for it to heat to be ready to use. I love the idea of cast iron but it's also hard to clean and it's super heavy which I don't like and then there is the whole seasoning agenda. BUT THIS!!!! I LOVE THIS! It heats quickly, is no to low stick but not toxic, and its easy to clean with no annoying seasoning process. I love the size. I bought one to discover if I would even like it or not and I love it. Has not warped. I also love there is not nut on the inside of the pan for the handle where food gets caught and is hard to clean.

Great pan but recently Sticking

We have really enjoyed using this pan! It distributes heat evenly works well on our induction cooktop, and has had great nonstick up until just recently. We’ve been careful to use non-scratch utensils and heat it properly before cooking, but I’ve recently had consistent issues with eggs sticking. This is unfortunate. It’s been a great pan.

Beautiful, Truly Nonstick, and So Easy to Clean

These pans are beautiful. I love the color, but more importantly, the nonstick is fantastic. Food slides right out, and they’ve been incredibly easy to clean. One of my favorite design details is something I didn’t even think about before buying them. The screw that attaches the handle is on the outside of the pan instead of inside the cooking surface. There are no screws, bumps, or little nooks inside for food and grease to collect around. I can just wipe the entire inside clean without having to scrub around anything. It’s such a simple design choice, but it makes a huge difference when you’re using and cleaning them all the time. So far, I’m very happy with these pans.

Very happy after 4 months of daily use

This is a GREAT pan. We use it every day. We've had it 4 months so far and it looks like new. We followed the initial instructions on how to 'set it up/treat it' when it first arrived and have had zero issues with it. We cook eggs in it daily and I've used to fry fish, sausages, stir fry cod and more. I hope I'm not jinxing myself with this strong positive review but I wanted to share our experience as we almost did NOT buy the pay based on some other 'bad reviews'. We actually thought, "For the price (WHICH is NICE!), if we don't like it, we're not out that much money." Turns out we did NOT need one of the more expensive options. ENJOY!!

This is the second SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan I bought. First got the larger size then my wife wanted a smaller one to replace one that was just no good anymore. These pans are truly non stick and I have tried many over the years. To me the test is frying eggs. With just the smallest bit of oil two eggs just slid around the pan without touching them. Clean up is easy and the price is really good.
