On an induction top stove this is a really great pan. It is so easy to use, easy to clean, and it feels nice it has a good heavy sturdy durable feel. As for nonstick eggs do not stick as you can see. When I was finished I let it cool, rinsed/wiped it out with a wet cloth, dried it, and put it away. It will last I think I really like the pan and shape of the handle it feels nice in my hand. Get one you will like it.

Works great, I used to use a BD pan that’s supposed to be non-stick but even after caring for it as per the instructions, food started sticking after a couple weeks, especially eggs. I went through 2 of those. Gave this one a shot and have had it for a month now and still performs like new, seems to heat more evenly too. Just use a little oil and low to medium heat, wash with a soft sponge and hand dry with a towel especially if you live in a region with hard water like me, you don’t want the minerals in the water to become embedded. This should make it last a long time. Looks great too, the handle needs to be screwed in but it includes a screwdriver.

My daughter had purchased this pan and told me how easy it was to use, that nothing sticks and that it is very sturdy. I purchased one and have to agree with her. Everything slides out of it now, no sticking, easy to clean. I love the wood handle that it has because it doesn't heat up and there is no fear of burning my hand with a hot handle. So much for such a reasonable price!

I was skeptical with this purchase because I thought the other reviews weren't accurate. But it's good as they say it is. Great buy and value for the money. The package comes with a heavy duty screw driver for assembling the handle which takes 5 minutes or less. The size I got didn't come with a lid. So far this frying pan hasn't disappoint. I was sold when my cheese omelet slid right out the pan, NO STICKING. Easy to cook with. The pan is very easy to clean as all foods slide out, and if there is anything that is a bit stubborn I used Ajax and a sponge, and it wiped it out. The white color so far hasn't stained as nothing I cooked sticked to the pan.

Been using the pan daily for weeks, since we got it. It is really non-stick: eggs, hash browns, cheese, etc come out of the pan with ease. Wash up is very simple, no scrubbing, just wipe. Cooks evenly with no hot spot. Cover fits well. It comes with the pan needing to have the handle attached, so it comes with washer, screw and a bonus Phillips screwdriver, and was easy to do. Overall one of my better purchases.

I'm trying to very slowly get rid of all of my Teflon non-stick pans because they're so toxic but it's expensive so doing it one piece at a time. This little pan was a great price on sale and I cook eggs in it just about every morning! It says it's dishwasher safe but I definitely hand wash it because my last dishwasher safe pans stopped being non-stick after I ran them through the dishwasher. Anyways I love the color, it's such a warm cozy Brown granite look and it looks nice hung up in my kitchen. I was a bit concerned when I had to screw the handle on myself with some elbow grease, it's really sturdy and doesn't Rock at all. Nothing sticks to it when I cook and I only use the tiniest little bit of butter or oil depending on what I'm throwing in the pan. I wish it came with a lid and I would honestly make it such a better purchase but for the sale price I think I absolutely got a great product at a great price point.

The 10-inch skillet has exceeded my expectations in every way, performing so well that I’m already planning to order the 12-inch version to expand my collection. In fact, I’m also considering getting the 8-inch skillet. This skillet has quickly become an essential tool in my kitchen. This pan handles everything with ease.
