In my opinion, this was quite the rare find. It didn’t turn out to be exactly what I expected it to be, but in some ways, it turned out to be a bit more interesting. Typically how you clean a carpet with a steam cleaner, you shoot somewhere between warm and slightly hot water onto the surface and suck it back up with that same device. It does not work that way with this device. First of all, it has a very small water reservoir, which only holds a small amount of water. In fact, it says in the instructions to not put anything in the reservoir other than preferably low mineral water. What it does do is it shoots very hot steam onto whatever surface you’re trying to clean. And when I say hot steam, we’re talking about you can seriously burn yourself with it. Instead, I fill the reservoir, probably every five or six times I need to clean. It does not use very much water at all, but it has the ability to loosen grime phenomenally. This is an interesting product to me because I don’t always have the ability to take out a steam cleaner every time I need to clean up after my cats. I’ve been using it around the area where my cats splashed their food all over the floor, and I am extremely happy with this device. The low setting is good enough for most situations. In fact, I would suggest not using the high setting unless you absolutely need to because it’s kind of overkill. I used it on a linoleum type surface, and the highest setting made me a little afraid that it might melt the linoleum in my bathroom. In the description of this mop, I got the impression that it might be usable on hardwood floor, however, after reading the instructions and looking at this device, I don’t think I’m going to do that. The main cleaning surface has sharp plastic pokey things that attach to the rectangular mop. However, with very little force at all, it’s very easy for those sharp points to poke through to the floor. There are a huge assortment of cleaning Accessories with this mop, but the main larger head, is the one you have to be careful about. I haven’t been able to use this mop in all the places that I want to at this point, but I can tell you all the places that I have used it, have turned out so much cleaner. This cleaner does a great job in the bathroom as well. It really did a number on the soap scum in my shower. Another sidenote, be careful if you’re cleaning a wall because certain types of paint might also melt. Don’t ask me how I know that. I can vouch for the claim that says that this device is a natural cleaner. At no point in the process did I use any chemicals, and things came out spotless and smelling much fresher. Another side note, I would not keep this around younger children. In summary, I think this is an incredible find and I am extremely pleased to have found it. I absolutely think it is worth asking price and I most certainly will buy another one. If for some reason I wear this one out... which actually sounds kind of like likely at this point. Five out of five stars.

I have always wanted a steam mop, so I was excited to order this one. I really like that it works as both a steam mop and a handheld cleaner, which makes it much more versatile than I expected. I was not sure if I could use a steamer on laminate flooring, but the instructions say it can be used on all types of floors, including carpet. I have not tried it on carpet yet, but I have been happy with it so far. Once it is turned on, it takes under 30 seconds to be ready, which is very convenient. I also did not realize until it arrived that it can be used to clean windows. That was a nice bonus. It comes with many different attachments, which makes it useful for more than just floors. Being able to use it as a handheld steamer is one of my favorite features. The steam mop is very lightweight and easy to use. It does not feel difficult to push around, and the quick heat-up time makes cleaning feel faster and easier. Pros: Works as both a steam mop and handheld cleaner Heats up in under 30 seconds Lightweight and easy to use Comes with many attachments Can be used on floors and windows Instructions say it works on all types of floors, including carpet Very versatile Cons: Have not tried it on carpet yet Overall, I am very happy with this steam mop. Upon receiving this steam up, the first thing that caught my attention was its 14-in-1 feature, which includes both handheld and upright steaming options. The steamer itself is relatively easy to assemble, as it simply snaps together. It seems to be made of fairly sturdy materials and appears to be quite durable. It operates at approximately 1300 watts, which is enough to provide consistent steam. There are actually two settings for different levels of steam, which can be easily adjusted with a simple two-button operation. The floor attachment is slightly over 12 inches and is built to grip the attached pad, which can be easily removed, cleaned and reconnected. There is also an additional attachment called a glider that fits around the pad and makes it easier to move across the floor when cleaning carpets. I haven’t used this product on my carpet yet, but I definitely will. As I mentioned before, with just a couple of snaps, it can be converted into a handheld steamer for a multitude of uses and numerous attachments for those uses. I personally used a couple of the attachments, and was able to clean my shutters quickly and effectively, and this was absolutely wonderful. I even found myself excited about the 16 foot cord, I realized I could do my entire family room and kitchen area without even moving the plug. I have never had any cleaning machine have this much versatility, with so many attachments, and functionality all in one. I am absolutely crazy about this steam mop with its detachable steam cleaner! I found the price to be reasonable.

The thing I like most about this steam mop is the versatility. With the included attachments and pads you can steam floors, drapes, grout and pretty much any surface you may want to steam. You can also attach or detach the long handle depending on the space you are steaming. It seems pretty well made although I am not the biggest fan of plastic for a steamer. When it heats up you can smell hot plastic. The extension cord is really long and heavy duty though, which is a plus. The water lasts a pretty good while and there is also a heavy ball that holds the inlet at the bottom of the tank. It pushes out a decent amount of steam and uses a nozzle so the steam comes out continuously but you may need a bit more steam for heavily soiled grout. Otherwise you need to go much slower. I would say this is the only application where it feels underpowered but that is a single use case.

I purchased the SENMO 14-in-1 Steam Mop Cleaner specifically for my concrete floors, and I have to say it has been a game changer. With multiple cats in the house, cleaning up the occasional vomit spot is just part of life, and I was getting tired of constantly bending over and scrubbing floors by hand. This steam mop has made the entire process so much easier. It heats up quickly, is easy to maneuver, and does a great job cleaning up messes without requiring a lot of effort on my part. What used to be a chore that left my back aching is now a much simpler task. I also appreciate the versatility of the unit. The 14-in-1 design gives you plenty of options and attachments for different cleaning jobs around the house, making it more than just a basic floor cleaner. Even though I primarily bought it for my concrete floors, it's nice knowing I can use it for other cleaning tasks as well. The steam cleaning power has been impressive so far. It helps loosen dried-on messes and leaves my floors looking clean without needing a bunch of extra cleaning products. As a pet owner, that's a huge plus. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. It has saved me time, saved my back, and made cleaning up after my cats much less of a hassle. If you're looking for an easier way to tackle floor cleaning, especially in a pet-friendly home, this has been well worth it for me.

Wow! I am super impressed by how quickly this machine heats up and cleans everything from floors, to carpets, to walls, grout, windows, and more. It is so light and easy to use and your house is left with such a clean, non-toxic smell. I love the handle for reaching high places when utilizing the dust feature. I easily cleaned off years (I know I’m a bad person. I rarely ever clean my windows) of dog goo, BBQ splatters and water spots from my windows. With this machine you can quickly get ready for guests. It would be helpful if there was a little hook on the arm to hold the beautifully long cord as I clean. The instructions can only be read with a magnifying glass. Fortunately the machine is really easy to assemble. I wish the machine came with some sort of storage case or bag. It can’t be stored in the box it was shipped in without taking it apart, though that is easy enough to do. This machine does everything but pick up animal hair. I solved that by making a first pass with this cleaner, and a second pass with my $250 Bissel Pro Heat 2X Revolution Pet Pro (that doesn’t heat!). The result are carpets that look like they’ve been professionally cleaned. I’m giving this machine five stars because it is an incredibly comprehensive cleaner, it’s light and easy to use, and at the current price, it is a great value.

I got this all in 1 steam mop and steam cleaner because we have 4 dogs and all hard floors and I could literally use a mop in every room. You can take off the handle and transform the mop into a steam cleaner for counters, furniture and windows. It is easy to switch between steam mopping or steam cleaning. The best thing about this steam mop/cleaner is how fast it heats up. I don't have to spend time waiting for it to get hot enough. The cleaner gets ready in less than 30 seconds and can get just about everything off. You don't have to use cleaners or chemicals. Just the hot steam is enough to get off spills and messes that have dried on. Even greasy stains can be removed with steam. Because we have so many pets, I love that I don't have to use chemicals. There are a ton of attachments for this steam cleaner. Some of them I haven't identified or used yet but the ones I have used have been very helpful. I love the window glass cleaner, and the triangular brush the most. The tank holds 400 ml which isn't huge, but it is usually enough and if I need to refill, it's easy. The cord is 16 ft long which allows me to go more than halfway across the room without having to plug it in somewhere else. Report an issue with this product or seller

This is a steam mop, it can be used handheld or with a handle. It has several attachments for grout, windows, floors and comes with one cloth each, a floor cloth, window cloth and a dusting cloth. The mfg. says its 1300w, 228 degrees. Assembly was very quick and every little piece and part was in the box. Included is a cup for filling which is initially confusing because it says 250 ml max. But the manuel says 400 ml max. What I discovered is that the cup all the way to the top is 400 ml. You put this together, fill it and plug it in. A little red light flashes as it heats and when it stops flashing its ready. Then you turn it on and it immediately starts steaming. There is low steam and high steam. I started out steam cleaning my kitchen floor. You use a microfiber cloth for that. It velcros to the bottom of the floor attachment. I used both the high and low steam and my jury is a bit out for the job it did. It was sort of like using a swiffer, just mopping with a wet, hot pad. But it did get my floor clean ish. So then I tried the steam mop on the grout in our mudroom. We have been trying to clean that for years. I tried using the grout attachment and it worked but I don't think that attachment will last very long (see picture) I tried the triangle scrubber and then tried the metal scrubber. There is a definite improvement in the grout and I kept the handle on the steam mop so I did not have to bend over to clean - much easier on my back. I am hoping I can purchase more attachments for this steam mop. The mop worked exactly as it should and the number of attachments is impressive. I like it. At its price point its a great value.
