I can't say enough about how grateful I am that I found this Selkirk LIGHTWEIGHT paddle! I suffered with painful elbow tendinitis for the past 9 months and bought 4 different paddles to no avail in relieving it. This lightweight paddle has been a lifesaver. I am glad to no longer be needing to wear my elbow strap or to have any pain. I was concerned that I would lose power in my shots but I notice no difference. This is a nice paddle that performs well in many areas. It has good spin with the surface grit. It feels light. Balance is good before adding any weighted tape and gives the right amount pop off the face to be dangerous at the net. Tape does broaden the sweet spot. Power wise it is middle of the pack. I would add tape for power and sweeten the surface. Value is decent but other paddles can be found in this price range with more current materials and make. I've used this brand and model for years. I like it's lightweight but yet strong construction. I'm a heavy hitter, so it doesn't matter what kind of paddle I use, they seem to only last about a year. The price is right, @ 27.4 cents a day...

    • The lightest Paddle I can find
It is the lightest paddle I could find. After 2 hour play my elbow doesn’t hurt as much as before. It takes a lot of strain on muscles and tendons from swings on the court. It helps me to shift from power driven to placement driven. A game changer!
