I needed to remove the old Chattahoochee at my entrance to install new pavers and didn't want to place new pavers on something that had cracks and pitch's, so I started to remove the ch by a concrete chisel and sledgehammer, boy was that very daunting task. I went to one of the majors Big Box hardware stores to rent a hammer jack and their website advertised for the cart and chisel together. Thought when I arrived, they were separate charges, however they were already packaged together... being annoyed on being deceived, only rented just the jackhammer for 4 hours as I really wanted to finish the small area I started. Well ran out of time so I returned the rental. I was exhausted for 2 days afterwards. really didn't want to start again with the hand and chisel method, so searched online and found this on amazon. BOY what a "game changer" in so many ways... it was much lighter than the rental, and also came with the tools to chisel out the epoxy rocks, all packaged neatly in a case to store when not in use. The best part was the AOBEN 1-1/4 Inch SDS-Plus Rotary Hammer Drill costs less than a 4-hour rental. Smaller, lighter and much more efficient in completing my task, and I now own an awesome Rotary Hammer Drill so many other projects I plan to do in the future. The reviews posted on Amazon were go so thought they all couldn't be wrong, and they weren't. Rule of thumb....when you finish using a tool really clean it down so it will last much longer. Couldn't be happier with my choice and believe you won't either if you give it a try, nothing to lose and a lot to gain. Hope you found this helpful, in your decision making. Happy Hammering (lol)

Leaving this to help other folks like me who are on the fence about this product. I needed to drill ~100 holes in my crawlspace wall in insert mechanical fasteners to hold my vapor barrier. I also need to drill a 3 3/4" hole through my brick siding to install a radon mitigation system. After these jobs are done, I don't have much use for a rotary hammer so didn't want to spend big bucks. I started drilling 1/4" holes in my block wall for fasteners and it was taking FOREVER. Once this arrived, I cleaned out as much of the provided grease as possible and replaced with red tacky per some of the other reviews. I used this last night to wrap up my crawlspace project and this thing is WICKED. The 1/4" holes ~1" deep were produced in about a second. This drill easily paid for itself if the one job I've completed with it so far. I certainly don't intend to use this everyday, but it is a great addition for a DIYer who regularly bites off more than they should. Update after my latest project -- Installing a radon mitigation system and needed to poke a 4.75" hole through brick. I wouldn't say it was easy, but this thing was definitely up to the challenge. Took half an hour or so including breaks but worked like a charm.

It covers what's expected - great drill, great hammer drill, and more importantly jackhammer! The hammer drill with the weight and handle behind your hold has amazing drilling capabilities. Was able to go into concrete and solid stone with no problem whatsoever - honestly, I was blown away. I've had some smaller versions of a hammer drill that really haven't produced - this one is like having the power of Thor in your hands. It's not too big and overwhelming but has enough power and weight to get most jobs done with no problem. The extras that come with this kit are 3 drill heads, 2 jackhammer plungers, and extra head, and an amazing case that has plenty of storage. Also comes with an additional 2 brush heads for the motor and lubrication oil and the head exchange wrench. Pros: - This thing is perfectly weighted in your hand whether pointing to the ground or hold straight out. Nice balance, they worked hard to make it feel great. - The power and control of the trigger are great - All of the different modes work amazing - The case is really well built - The machine feels well-built but not to heavy Cons: - It could've come with eye protection but maybe I'm over thinking this - if you're buying this, you're more than likely a pro or already have protective wear. For sure wear eye protection, I've actually found that wearing my shooting headphones is necessary when jacking up concrete - nothing unexpected there. For the money you can't go wrong - I was second guessing as soon as I hit the buy button for the cost of this hammer drill - glad I have it in my arsenal of tools now for sure. The media could not be loaded. This device works great and effortless, I tried to break the foundation of a none existent garage using a sledgehammer and a chisel but really hard to do it so I did my research and I found this device with some good reviews and I decided to get it, it is no difficult to learn how to use it, the seller says it needs oil but it's not oil, this uses grease, I ordered (Lucas Oil 10318 Red N Tacky Grease 3 Ounce Combo Pack) but this is too thin that it started coming out from the joints so I ordered a ticker one (Lucas Oil 10682 Marine Grease 3 Ounce Combo Pack) which works great and it doesn't leak at all, the chisels that comes with it are of a good quality, I am happy with it

amazing deal. high powered and worked for what I needed to do. I had 4 big concrete patio supports that I dug out of the ground. they were too heavy to transport so I wanted to break them apart. I did need a sledgehammer a couple times since the drill bit got stuck deep in the concrete. I recommend searching on youtube for instructions for how to use this model drill. the instruction manual provided is basically useless.
