It covers what's expected - great drill, great hammer drill, and more importantly jackhammer! The hammer drill with the weight and handle behind your hold has amazing drilling capabilities. Was able to go into concrete and solid stone with no problem whatsoever - honestly, I was blown away. I've had some smaller versions of a hammer drill that really haven't produced - this one is like having the power of Thor in your hands. It's not too big and overwhelming but has enough power and weight to get most jobs done with no problem. The extras that come with this kit are 3 drill heads, 2 jackhammer plungers, and extra head, and an amazing case that has plenty of storage. Also comes with an additional 2 brush heads for the motor and lubrication oil and the head exchange wrench. Pros: - This thing is perfectly weighted in your hand whether pointing to the ground or hold straight out. Nice balance, they worked hard to make it feel great. - The power and control of the trigger are great - All of the different modes work amazing - The case is really well built - The machine feels well-built but not to heavy Cons: - It could've come with eye protection but maybe I'm over thinking this - if you're buying this, you're more than likely a pro or already have protective wear. For sure wear eye protection, I've actually found that wearing my shooting headphones is necessary when jacking up concrete - nothing unexpected there. For the money you can't go wrong - I was second guessing as soon as I hit the buy button for the cost of this hammer drill - glad I have it in my arsenal of tools now for sure. This is first use of a rotary hammer drill ever for me, so nothing to compare to. That being said, it has worked great. For twenty bucks more than renting, I have my own tool. I have a partial poured foundation wall to demolish. It has drilled many holes for several hours straight at a time. Tool has been more than adequate for my needs. Used to drill 2” holes through the walls of our concrete swimming pool for additional plumbing. Worked well - drilled constantly over a 3 hour period - never overheated and hammer mode worked well. Didn’t try using it with the chisels but no reason to suppose it won’t do a good job

I have no idea how the manufacturers can build sell this tool for under $100. It is a very strong and complex tool, and includes some accessories. It is comparable to competitors tools that sell for $400 to $900. Granted, this tool is missing a couple of features of the more expensive ones, namely (a) you have to replace the brushes (others are brushless); and (b) you have to lubricate this (others are more permanently lubricated). TIP: Lubricate this before each use with lithium grease (not oil). The switches are hard to figure out: the 3-choice selector knob positions are: (1) Hammer icon: Chisel mode, much like a mini jackhammer; (2) Circle icon: unlock chisel to rotate it (middle position); and (3) Hammer/drill icon: hammer-drill for concrete/rock. You only use the middle knob position to rotate the chisel to the desired angle; after rotating, turn the knob back to the chisel position (hammer icon). There is a second switch near the trigger - this 2nd switch is used in the hammer-drill mode: it turns the hammering action on or off (so you can do plain drilling, such as through wood). My only complaint about this tool is the user manual that comes with it... it is for some other tool, apparently a chisel tool from the same company. And it uses the word "oil" when is should say "lithium grease". ... show more

This is another great tool, but not near as costly as my Makita. This is as effective as any demo hammer from Bosch or Makita, at 1/5th the cost. It’s solid, built to last and vey effective for removing cut concrete ribbons and punching through concrete floors. It’s not too loud or bulky, and it’s got fairly good ergonomics. It stores well and stays clean with a wipe down after use. It’s a great tool and worth the extra cost as compared to lesser tools. AFTER 25 HOURS: This is a very good demo hammer, that makes my $900 Makita look very bad. I have broken up a patio slab, a slump stone wall and a garage floor without much effort, using the tools it comes with. It was shipped with additional brushes, but the unit has almost no wear in almost 40 hours of use. I am very satisfied with the unit, and spend evenings looking for new things to demolish, just to see what it can do. It has power to spare, and unlike many Chinese products, I am impressed by this demo drill, it will be used a lot, and I will not consider it a throw away any time soon. ... show more

I got this drill because I was trying to install some heavy duty shelves into a concrete wall. This thing took just as long to get through the concrete as my Ryobi drill that doesn't even have a hammer setting. I actually had to use my Ryobi drill to help this thing along a couple times when it couldn't get all the way through the concrete. On a couple of the holes the drill actually skipped to the side and drilled away from the target. My wall looks like it's been through a war zone. I'm so mad that I wasted my money on this for this one project that it didn't even work well for and now I can't return it. ... show more
