Makes ice super fast but the cold water button isn’t as sensitive as it should be. I would like this machine better if the water was lever-dispensed like the ice. Overall a sturdy product, easy to use and easy to clean.

Difficult to fill water bottles because the alter spout isn’t far enough out from the back wall. Great for cups and glasses. Nice to have ice available.

Great machine! Customer Service is even better! I purchased this machine and it didn't work. I contacted Customer Service and they sent me a new machine without and hassle at all! The new machine works like a charm!
