The media could not be loaded. What a game changer this litterbox is. It’s so easy to use and makes getting rid of the poop so much easier than scooping everyday. Plus it’s way better than the old automatic rake litter boxes that would rake the poop across into a box that was so annoying to take out. I especially love the 90deg turn trick to take the bag out. When you hold the “clean” button for 2seconds, it’ll beep & then turn 90 deg to make it easier to take the bag off so no litter falls out! Plus, customer service answers super fast! I had an issue with the clean cycle stopping in the middle and wasn’t sure why. Sure enough, I ended up figuring it out and it was a programming error on my part, so I set up a clean schedule that fixed the issue. But when I emailed the company to get help, they responded way quicker than I was expecting. They also registered my order number and said it’s a lifetime warranty. My only complaint about the app is that I wish they had a weight conversion setting where I could toggle from grams to lbs. It would make tracking my cat’s weights easier. Also, my cats love to watch it turn. Plus it’s super quiet. I barely notice it cleaning unless it’s super quiet in my apartment.

We haven't had this product for very long, about 2-3 weeks, but great so far. My husband set it up right away. I didn't have any trouble connecting to wifi or the app. The bags are easy to change when needed. One of our cats was scared of it at first, but she is now using it. And she likes to watch it go through the clean cycle. The best part for me is the company we purchased from actually reached out to me to make sure everything is going well with it and to let me know if I have any issues to contact them without hesitation. I thought that was awesome! I would certainly recommend this product!

The media could not be loaded. My automatic litter box like many other peoples seem to have stopped working right around the 2-3 month mark, do not expect the seller to be very helpful either. Wasting my time sending a gear from China that takes weeks arrive to try to resolve the issue when an entirely new motor is needed. Save your money for a more reputable litter box to save yourself from the regret I feel now wasting my money on this product.

This was so nice. Easy setup once I found where to plug the cord into the unit. Sadly my cats don’t go in it. I’m hoping they’ll figure it out. 1 did until I put out a regular kitty box for the other now neither will use it. Performed beautifully, not too big.

I have two cats and they took to it instantly! It does a great job at keeping the litter clean and I hardly smell the litter box anymore! It makes living with cats so much better! I’ve had it for a month and it does measure weight in grams but it’s an easy conversion. I might be getting a second one soon!

The QR code is not helpful at all. Actual directions would be nice. It comes with some kind of grate- no a single direction how to attach it. I can't believe I finally broke down and bought one of these expensive litter boxes and have no idea how to use it. I can't really say it the odor elimination works or deep cleaning. Going to give it a week, I would send it back now but I already poured the cat litter in it. I am really disappointed because everyone always loves their automatic litter box and I have been wanting one for years. I even tried Youtube and not a single video.

I’ve had it out of the box maybe 2 hours now and I’m already incredibly frustrated with it, purely because there was no helpful instructions for setup. Currently it’s stuck mid-rotate and I can’t get it to level itself back out. My cats are at least interested in it though, so maybe this will eventually work out

The media could not be loaded. This cat litter box is much better than the regular one. It works as expected with no issues. The bag fills up a bit faster for two cats, and it's much easier than scooping by hand. Overall, its a great product, and the customer service has been quick and helpful.
