I purchased on a whim because I'm tired of scooping cat boxes. I have 3 cats . I was initially looking at other automatic litter boxes but came upon this one. The price was great!!. I bought it during Amazon's flash sales 50% off . YAY ME ..LOL Anyway, so far, so good!. My cats took to it IMMEDIATELY...it's super super quiet, easy to assemble ( took 2 minutes) , app is also nice & easy to understand, although I'm still trying to figure out how to set it for each cat. It weighs your cat every time they enter box, it tells you how much time they spent in the box . You can set the app to clean it manually or set it for different durations to clean automatically. This thing is bigger than a normal litter box too so make sure you have room . I set mine up in a corner . It's also nice looking. I'll come back here if I need to change my review but so far, so good . I LOVE IT & I think my cats do too. Oh & you can use any kind of clumping litter. ... show more

Review: ZeaCotio Self-Cleaning Litter Box After a frustrating experience with another brand, I decided to give the ZeaCotio Self-Cleaning Litter Box a try. Honestly, I was skeptical since the previous ones I used didn’t meet my expectations. Setting this one up was surprisingly easy, with no complications at all. My cats adjusted to it right away, and after a week, I had no issues. Still, I wanted to wait and test it for another week before writing a review. Now, after fully trying it out, I’m very pleased with the results. There are no loud grinding noises, no litter scattered everywhere, and it holds a good amount of waste, so I don’t have to constantly replace the bag. Miss Kitty approved and promptly entered to initiate. Tall entry. Not recommended for kittens unless a step is found. Very quiet operation. Deodorizer works well and is a pleasant smell. Replacements for the deodorizer are available for purchase along with bags for the dump tray. Large dump tray with easy access and cleaning. Easy to put it together. Plugged it in and it registered onto my WiFi easily! Just entered the password. Did a quick test run and that was it. Emmett was curious about the litter box but didn’t use it all day till late at night, I think he wasn’t totally sure of it, just yet. The urge to use it had to be greater than the scary factor. You have to set up when you want it to dump the waste I put it at 10 minutes after he used it. Otherwise I can smell the waste. After the it rotates and returns to its position, it doesn’t quite return the litter to the leveled position. But it does a good enough job where Emmett can use it again. It’s quiet enough but Emmett runs when he hears it start the cleaning process. It’s pretty exciting to him to see it work. It does get all the big clumps of urine out but not all the poop, unless it’s clumped together. But so far I’m happy I don’t have to shovel out the litter box anymore. No more litter shovels or baggies! It doesn’t use a lot of litter either! Just enough to cover the litter vinyl pan. Any more than that it would probably dump out the litter too. Right now Emmett has always used the pine pellets great clumping and almost no tracking, the slots are big enough to have the pellets sift through. We might try a different litter just to see what works best for this litter box. I would recommend. It doesn’t use what it’s supposed to. And you will never have to scoop or buy those poop bags anymore. ... show more

I love this product! I hated scooping the litter box. This automated litter box works like a dream. There was a problem when setting it up as the gear that turns the rotating cylinder was off-set. But after watching it in action, I was able to diagnose the problem and seated the cylinder and gear properly. After that, it worked like a charm. To any buyers, I would advise you watching the action and making any adjustments before you load it up with kitty litter. Once I understood how it functioned, I couldn't be happier. My cats are happy with it too! They always have a clump-free place to do their business. It is a great product and I highly recommend it! ... show more
