This is a beautiful box and was very easy to set up. However, it only worked one time. Then it got stuck with all the litter trapped at the top and an open hole at the bottom. No matter what we tried, it never worked. And we had five cats waiting to go! We had to go get the old box and rearrange everything again to use the old box. Then when we tried to pack it up, we had to do all kinds of contortions to get the litter out. Then the legs would NOT come off. So it didn't even fit in the box to return it. And the box is huge and bulky. We REALLY wished it would have worked, but no amount of troubleshooting made it work. ... show more

This unit Keeps the cat litter clean for the cats Easy to empty although poop can get stuck on the gratings. We have had one of these units for a few months and are pleased with it. It does sometimes seem to get hung up after a power interruption but a reset fixes the issue. and cat pee sometimes gets out onto the inside of the outer case and drum. So needs cleaning once in a while. Also the cat litter inside liner ocationaly lets cat litter behind it. However all in all this product works well for multi cat house holds and we have been pleased with ours ... show more

Works great, Have 5 cats worked great for a fews days then it kept faulting and not working so bought another one and haven't had a problem since. Would buy again. If you have more than 3 cats I would recommend 2 due how often it is used.

It was easy to set up and everyone was curious. I really don't want to buy another, but this seems to be the favorite litter box to use. I don't know what size replacement bags to buy for this thing, but I don't think it will be hard to figure out. I love how the sensors work! Almost too well. I have a couple of cats that aren't the smartest, but they're cute. If it weren't for the sensors I don't want to think about what could happen. I did my research, and some robot litter boxes have killed cats because the sensors failed to work. This litter box was not one of those, and this turns on the x axis which seems safer than the ones that turn on the y axis. The thing I hate about the sensors is if a tiny clump of litter triggers them, the litter box stops what it's doing. That's a good thing, but annoying when it happens every day, sometimes several times a day. It's very quiet, which I really like. It's pretty easy to clean. Just use your phone to empty the contents into the litter box, pull it out and tie the bag before tossing it out. Replace the bag and slide the litter box back into place. You don't even need to use bags, but they are convenient. I wish it was warmer out so I could give it a really good cleaning. Not sure how, but I will find a YouTube video. It can't be that difficult. I bought this during the Black Friday sales. The price was right, and I would pay that again. So, far I've only used clumping litter, but plan to try others. I would recommend this for someone with more than a few cats. ... show more
