Upon setting the machine up and using it we really like the machine. It looks sleek and is pretty easy to use. Noise level is quiet. Then, 29 days into using it the ice machine quite working. Of course, before doing a return I tried to fix it hoping to keep from having to return it. I unplugged the machine, waited, and then plugged it back in, it made just a very small amount of ice and then quit working again. Unplugged it again, plugged it back in, the red lights blink like it is making ice, but then they go out and there is no ice. I used the cleaning function holding the ice button for 3 sec to let it clean. After wards, the ice light flashes. I press it. The red lights go through blinking like it is making ice but then goes out and the ice light flashes with no ice made. I check the book, and it states "The eration system leaks or blockage". How can that happen in just less than 30 days' time? We bought this because we didn't want to buy a separate ice making machine, but I am thinking now we should have because this one no longer makes ice. I do have a message into Soopyk so I am hoping that they will replace it or can possibly give fixing instructions. I will update this when I find out. Stay tuned. Update 10.01.25: I heard back from Soopyk the next day of sending my message to them. They gave me some instructions on what I had to do and then take a picture to show them the issue. It was the cooling coils on the top. They weren't cooling. They responded quickly after that with a credit to my account. I was very impressed. No hassles. No waiting days to hear back. Friendly and on top of it. I was going to give a 4 star because we liked the machine especially with it having the ice maker and now we have to find something else, but with the great customer service a five star was warranted. I would probably purchase from them again depending on what the item is. Electronics are always iffy so we probably just got a bad product. Could have happened during shipping. Who knows. Thank you.

I love how its an ice maker and water dispenser but the buttons are super delayed and it ends up over flowing water and the ice takes forever to come out. Very disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Not gonna lie, this machine has surprised me. Directions were pretty simple enough and all options work perfectly. So far loving my new machine.

The media could not be loaded. Machine started getting overly noisy with a shrilling and whirring sound occuring during certain cycles. I notified the vendor and sent them a video of how it was behaving, hoping there might be an easy remedy or perhaps an exchange because I love this machine. The vendors was excellent with communications and although my machine was past the protection date unexpectedly gave me a full refund. I am truly grateful but now feel bad. Regardless of the issue, I feel the vendor deserved something regardless of this particular issue. Thank you to this company for exceptional customer service. The water dispenser is indeed a cut above its competition, but like all machines, even brand new ones, unexpected things can inadvertently go wrong. It was not the vendors or the companies fault. I don’t believe anyone could have foreseen this precarious noise issue. I remain baffled as to its cause. Thank you for your time, kind words and consideration on this matter. Ron S
