This was a great buy for when you don’t have the option to get a drinking water spout added to your sink or a fridge with the water and ice dispenser. My family has already started drinking more water just having this available. More convenient than bottled water even. Easy to set up and use. Convenient bottom loading and storage. Only thing I wish was different was if it did less beeping.

Nice unit, but does could use some improvements. Cold water dispenser on/off switch can be problematic and non responsive at time. Ice maker is nice to have but doesn’t really freeze that thoroughly. Hot water and cold are excellent temperature. All in all through good and bad, am still glad to have it.
