Why did you pick this product vs others?: I needed a much more efficient way to keep my space clean and this litter box was worth every penny to do that. It doesn’t take up too much room and it looks sleek. I don’t have to change it often, compared as to scooping the traditional litter box 3 times a day with a multi cat household. Ease of setup: The automatic litter box will be your new best friend. It’s easy to set up and cleaning is a breeze. Litter box quality: It looks like it’s made out of high quality materials! Thick, and durable and doesn’t cause odors like most litter boxes. Works well: It works great! I’m very satisfied and it even comes with replacement liner trashbags. Cat use: My cats were skeptical at first but after the first use they had no issues!

First off, before I even got it I had some issues with my bank and getting overcharged — costumer service was incredible. Immensely sweet, gave me a partial refund for the double charge and let me keep the litter box. When I got the litter box, I already loved it more than the other one I had. I had my other automatic litter box for about a year. It's one of those circle ones with the big hole in the *front* where the cat gets in. It sucked to put litter in and the deep cleaning was quite literally impossible. This litter box however, I can just pour litter in the top without struggling to fit a jug of litter through a small whole, and my favorite part is you can take apart the drum if you ever wanna deep clean it and hose it down outside. Very easy to use, the manual is easy to understand and there's not an annoying app to fiddle with to make it work. It works well, very quiet, and I havent noticed any smell from it yet. Overall 10/10 would recommend, really nice litter box, quiet, simple, easy to clean, and if you have any issues with purchase the customer service team is really sweet and quick to fix anything wrong <33

It works and doesn’t at the same time. It’s big enough for my cat and it’s very quiet. My only complaint is that it keeps freezing for long periods of time during the scoop cycle. I have to go over to it and push it to trigger the sensor to make it move again. It’s really annoying. I can’t have it doing that especially if I’m not home. And that’s why I got it, I’ll be going on a trip for like a week but now I gotta ask my roommate to worry about this. So annoying. If anyone has some advice on how to fix that please let me know. UPDATE: I want a refund on this stupid thing. It’s so unreliable! All it does is freeze up!

Had this over 2 weeks. I have a Siamese and a Balinese, both around a year old. I have always had oversized litter boxes for my cats and I was very concerned that the size of the area where the litter is would be way too small. I got the larger size litter box and it is much smaller in the actual litter area than the litter boxes I have had. Actually, it seems that that is not an issue and they use it and I don’t believe the smaller size is a problem for them.I have only used the manual controls because both cats want to look at everything when it’s running and emptying. They get their heads in there and it scares me. The machine does stop most times when they put their head inside, however, there have been two times where it did not stop And they would’ve gotten hurt if I hadn’t screamed so they pulled their head out. That concerns me but I want this to work so I will continue to use the manual controls and be there when it empties. As a whole, I really like this. If I can ever get the cats to use this litter box exclusively, I would be very happy. Right now, each cat uses it, but they also use their other liver boxes and I can’t just take them away because the one cat has had Some anxiety issues and was peeing outside the litter box. I finally got that resolved and she uses the one letter box and pees in the exact same spot all the time, and it seems like she cannot break that habit. Anyway, I will work with that. Overall, my concerns are more about my cats than about the litter box. I think it was a great buy and I think it works perfectly. The litter capacity seems adequate, it is very sturdy, and it really does help with smell although after about 3 or 4 days, there is an odor. I love that it is open. I have had many cats over the years and every single one has preferred an open litter box. I would definitely recommend it and I think that I just need to learn to have more patience. Something I’ve been working on for many many years!! Have a blessed day.

We have 5 cats. This unit is easy to assemble (basically just remove some tape). We also have a Litter Robot 4 and Meowant SC02. The cats used the Furoomate right away. It comes with an ample supply of bags and replacements (from Furoomate) are available on Amazon at a reasonable price. The Litter Robot 4 is a top quality unit with great customer service, but it costs three times as much. So far, the Furoomate works just as well. Plus, the cats seem to prefer the open design. In comparison to the Meowant litter box (that also works well), the waste capacity the Furoomate will give us 3-4 days between changes. The Meowant works fine but its waste bin is small. We got tired of emptying every day or two. That is one of the reasons we bought the Furoomate. Bottom line, this seems to be a top quality, very functional automatic litter box that compares well with the other two boxes mentioned. BTW, we ordered a stepper, but not sure we will need it.

It detects and cleans after 5 mins of cat using it, it tells me when it needs emptied and it also has manual mode that lets me force it to start the cleaning process. My cat was a bit scared of it at first but she's slowly getting used to it more and more. Easy to clean and remove liter , super sturdy , works amazing. Covers the smell of them using it. Easy to set up. I highly recommend.
