This box was easy to put together but hard to automate. Resets and getting the barrel openside up to add litter or clean sides difficult. Feces gets stuck in it and box hardly works, I have to keep resetting it on the daily. URINE leaks through the bottom of the recomended litter and barrel and collects under barrel. We only discovered this when the smell was so rancid after a few days we got physically ill. This was to make my cleaning easy but all it does is give me a HEADACHE!!!!!! ... show more

The cats took to it right away. I love that I no longer have to worry about scooping litter after a long day of work. That being said there are a few issues I have with this. Connectivity issues- This is the only thing in the house that keeps disconnecting from wifi. Nothing else has issues so not sure why this does and it’s been happening more and more frequently the last few days when i’ve only own this for about 6 weeks. Anti-pinch warning- I’ve had a few times now where it won’t cycle and claims to have an anti-pitch warning even after emptying the bag and having nothing in the way. Customer support- The one time i’ve messaged customer support through the app for the litter box, they took hours to respond back and I didn’t get an email from the “conversation” until days later. Litter sticking- Litter will stick to the sides of the box from time to time and I will have to use a scooper to clean it but I have never seen an automatic litter box that doesn’t have a plastic drum so suppose that’s something I’ll have to deal with. I really do like this litter box it works well enough and is a lot cheaper than a lot of other litter boxes on the market. I like how this one also includes a deodorizer and you can use any one of your choice in there and not a specific brand. I do also wish the inside was a bit bigger as larger cats will have to hunch over a bit to fit comfortably. ... show more

This litter box is as described. It was easy to put together it's easy to clean and looks great. It's very quiet when cleaning but I will say this is a second litter box for my cat as he is still hesitant to use it because he's a jumpy cat. Hoping with more time it will become the only litter box in my house because it would be great to use only this one ... show more
