I wanted to wait a bit after purchasing to leave my feedback, and get an honest sense of how this machine works. I have been impressed. Its ease of use has been my favorite part. Changing the bag is quick and easy, the bags hold a lot of waste. The smells have all disappeared(yay!), and there’s very little mess in front of and around this box. The app is a little henkie, it’s very basic, but it does what it’s supposed to do. I have already recommended this unit to a friend. I don’t regret spending the money and am considering a second box for downstairs!

Worked great for about two months, then continued problems. I overlooked the design flaw in having the bags on the side because I learned to install them extremely tight and double twist the ties so the bag didn't fall off. Several weeks later I noticed litter piling up underneath the machine. The material that the litter sits on top of is clearly weak and was able to be torn by cat claws. I kept the litter full by adding more daily so depth was not a problem. Then the mechanics started glitching. It would get stuck on its side while doing a cleaning cycle and not go down even after unplugging or resetting the machine. The app wouldn't connect after deleting and reinstalling. Moving on to a better product, waste of money and past the 30 day return window.

I love this litter box. I don’t have to touch litter at all. It’s quiet, efficient, and clean. I use no clumping crystal litter. My only complaint is the weights for the kitties are in kg not pounds. Not enough to fuss over though. 10/10 would buy again. Update: using this box for months and it’s outlasted the Leo’s loo I had previously. Recommendation- do not let it get too full or it will stop working. I went 5 weeks and it stopped working. Took it apart, cleaned it and put it back together. Which was easy to do and solved the problem.

I had given this 1 star because of difficulty to clean. However, I'm giving it another try and am now giving it 4 stars. It is quiet and does a nice job of cleaning. I have not been able to get my phone to hook up to the cleaning system which is frustrating. But it works without pairing to a phone.

We bought this litter box because we always wanted to try one of the automatic litter cleaners. We picked this one because of the price and we figured it was a good “starter” automatic litter box for us. This product surprised us by how well the machine works as well as the app. The box lets you know when the used litter is full and it reminds you to check on the litter level. We have three cats and all three of them use this box. As a cat owner, you should know to make sure your box has litter and the kitty area is clean so there should be no mark downs for the product there. This product works so good that we purchased a second one!

Just ordered this because one of our Litter Robots finally gave up the ghost. Should have ordered another Litter Robot, though it is much costlier. PetM8 arrived with no instructions and no power cord! Trying to get online and see how to use it. However, even without trying to get it to run, the disappointment is huge for a Litter Robot owner. Though the implication is that it will fit all cats, only one of our five cats is small enough to fit into. The construction is much cheaper (hence the cheaper cost, I guess -- you get what you pay for); the machine feels flimsy in comparison to the sturdy Litter Robot. It looks like I will have to return it. It is a shame to have to go through all this effort; the product is not as advertised. Don't order it if you have a cat that weights more than 6-7 pounds.

I bought a second one of these because the first one worked so well. I put at the other end of the house. When a part broke, I contacted the seller and assumed I wouldn't get a response but the gentleman answered my call, texted back and forth with me to make sure he understood the correct part, and sent the replacement part out the next day!! Fantastic customer service. I'm very impressed. Would highly recommend!!! :)
