  • Great addition to a power rack for your home gym!
Color: C: Lever Arms(2x2 Rack, 5/8 & 1" hole)
This attachment for your power rack opens up a lot of extra exercises in a more confined home gym. Assembly was easy, the construction is solid, and there is no shaking in the hinges while in use. This type of attachment is very generic, so it has broad compatibility with a lot of power racks; just be sure you check the dimensions used by your rack, so you can verify it will fit. ... show more

  • SELEWARE Upgraded Heavy Duty Adjustable Lever Arms
Color: C: Lever Arms(2x2 Rack, 5/8 & 1" hole)
This can be ordered for either a 2x2 or 3x3 rack, I ordered the 2x2 version. These are heavy duty lever arms like the listing states which is what you want so they can safely hold a good amount of weight without fear of injury. Included are pins that can be inserted into them for adjusting the starting angle for different exercises performed. Not all companies offer this feature so it's nice to see this one does. Included are two different weight horns per arm (one on the side and one on the top). The way these install is very well thought out and they are safe to use because they make a snug fit on the rack while not scratching the rack. I would however like to see an improvement made to how you go about changing the arm handle position since this is something you will need to do when switching from various exercises. They should allow for using pop pins to pull out allowing you to slide the handles to the desired positions and be removed and installed in a different direction. Instead with these lever arms you must remove two bolts per arm and then reattach them where you want them which takes a lot of time and effort with a wrench. What's worse is if you have limited space and decide to not use the weight horns that attach opposite of the handles (not the top ones) there is too much space and the handles will not be secure (unless you add a bunch of washers that are not supplied) to fill in the gap. I ran into this exact same problem with another pair of lever arms I ordered a few weeks back. I was hoping these were different but they look identical to the other ones I received (and have the same instruction sheet) despite being a different brand. Like I said in that review I will be experimenting with using hitch pins and extra washers in place of the bolts to see if I can make changing the handle positions much easier and without requiring the additional weight horns to be used. I believe this will work as long as you get the right size hitch pins. Overall I really like these for their versatility. You can set them at different starting heights not only by installing them using different holes on the rack but also by using the pins to alter the starting angle for each lift. The handles are large and have many different spots to grab them by. These arms are heavy duty and should work with heavier lifts as long as your rack can withstand the weight. ... show more

  • Versatile Add-Ons for a More Complete Home Gym
Color: C: Lever Arms(2x2 Rack, 5/8 & 1" hole)
Since home gym users often tend to focus more on anterior muscles and the upper body, the posterior chain—particularly the muscles on the back of the legs—is frequently overlooked. With the addition of this accessory, however, performing leg curls and exercises targeting the glutes and posterior legs becomes much more direct and efficient. The lever arm is another accessory that proves incredibly practical once you start using it; it accommodates a wide variety of movements—including pushes, pulls, rows, and explosive exercises—significantly increasing the versatility of your training routine. It is compatible with 2x2 or 3x3 power racks featuring either 5/8-inch or 1-inch holes; this offers a fairly broad range of compatibility, making it quite convenient to use provided your specific rack dimensions match the requirements. I’ve rated it four stars primarily because, while this type of accessory is highly functional, its utility is entirely contingent upon a perfect match with your existing power rack's specifications. Before purchasing, it is absolutely essential to verify the hole diameter, upright dimensions, and hole spacing; otherwise, you run the risk of ending up with a piece of equipment that looks great but simply cannot be installed. Furthermore, these multi-functional attachments tend to be geared more toward individuals who already possess some foundational training experience; beginners may require some time to adapt to using them, and the process of installation and removal isn't exactly the kind of quick, effortless task you can do on the fly. ... show more

  • Heavy Duty Lever Arms with Tons of Versatility
Color: C: Lever Arms(2x2 Rack, 5/8 & 1" hole)
Next up is this pair of upgraded heavy-duty lever arms for a power rack. I was really excited to try these because, based on the product photos, there seem to be so many different ways to use them. First off, these things are very heavy duty. They’re rated to hold up to 600 lbs per arm, which is impressive. They feel solid and well-built. Assembly was fairly straightforward overall. There were just a few things that weren’t super clear in the instructions. One thing to note: you absolutely need tools to fully tighten the hardware. The instructions didn’t mention what tools were needed, so just be aware of that. If you try to tighten everything by hand, it will seem tight but you’ll still have about a quarter-inch gap. Once you use proper tools, that gap closes up. The lever arms themselves work really well. There’s so much you can do with them, which makes them especially great for a home gym. They are long, but when you think about everything they can replace, they actually take up way less space than having multiple separate machines. I also appreciated that they updated the design based on feedback. Another reviewer had mentioned they should use pins instead of bolts for adjusting the arms, and they did make that change. That makes adjusting the angle much quicker and easier. The only downside is the instruction sheet hasn’t been updated to reflect that change, so I was briefly confused and thought I was missing pieces. Lastly, this is pretty minor, but I do wish there were some placement suggestions included. Since repositioning the arms does take some effort, it would be helpful to have guidance like recommended heights for certain lifts (for example, where to set them for bent-over rows). It would save some trial and error. Overall, these feel extremely solid and versatile, and they’re a great addition to a home gym setup. ... show more

  • Good materials, heavy-duty, but overall too big for my cage!
Color: C: Lever Arms(2x2 Rack, 5/8 & 1" hole)
If I had a larger cage, these add-on press levers would have been easy fives, but unfortunately they ended up being just too large for my home gym setup. I probably should have read the listed specifications first, and it's mostly my fault for not doing so. Instead of doing my due diligence, I relied on the stock photographs as my size scale and point of reference. These really didn't seem so big compared to the human being they are shown with in the listing, but they are absolutely massive. I'm over 6 feet tall, and from the ground these go all the way up to my belly midsection. The lever arms are also the larger 3x3 square dimensions. I figured that by requesting the 2x2 compatible set, that the levers would also be the matching 2 by 2 square size. Had they been, they'd have had nice uniformity with everything else, and particularly when at rest against my cage's support beams. Yet, since they are way, way oversized next to the vertical bars, they just look odd and have become too cumbersome to actually use or stow away. It's too bad because the materials and craftsmanship are top notch. They are truly heavy-duty and could handle heavy weights for certain, but just not for me. I would say that if you happen to have a two by two cage like me, I would pass on these because they just don't fit in that type of smaller gym environment. That's mainly why I would not want these again if I had a do-over, but I still thank you for the opportunity to try them so I could find out for myself. ... show more

  • Great addition to home gym
Color: C: Lever Arms(2x2 Rack, 5/8 & 1" hole)
I already have a multi-gym setup with a cable system, and this attachment has been a great addition to expand my workouts. Once installed, it allowed me to do additional exercises like chest bench presses, especially since I already have a bench to pair with it. The setup was very straightforward and didn’t take long to install, which I really appreciated. It feels solid and integrates well with my existing equipment, making my home gym more versatile without needing to buy an entirely new machine. Overall, it’s a practical add-on if you’re looking to increase the range of exercises you can do with a cable system. ... show more

  • Very strong and durable lever arms.
Color: C: Lever Arms(2x2 Rack, 5/8 & 1" hole)
I like the versatility of these arms as the height and angles are all adjustable and the multi-grip design allows for a large variety of exercises. Just note that changing some of these positions requires removing bolts so it wouldn't be feasible during the middle of a set. The construction feels very high quality with a heavy-duty alloy steel build that feels durable and weighty with clean welds. The arms fit my 2x2 power rack perfectly, with a snug, secure connection; however, while installation and setup are straightforward, a wrench is not included which is necessary for securing the brackets. And although not a drawback, these arms can accommodate Olympic-sized weight plates with 2 inch holes on their side and top sleeves, while weight plates with 1-inch holes will only fit on the top sleeve. These lever arms transform a standard power rack into a far more versatile training station, making them an excellent value for the money. ... show more

  • Versatile rack attachment that's heavy duty.
Color: C: Lever Arms(2x2 Rack, 5/8 & 1" hole)
I installed these lever arms on my 2x2 power rack to expand my training options beyond the standard barbell movements, and they've genuinely added significant versatility to my home gym setup. The build quality is solid, the 600-pound per-arm capacity is more than adequate for my training, and being able to do unilateral pressing, rows, belt squats, and other movements that were previously impossible with just a barbell has been worth the investment. The installation was straightforward, and the adjustability allows me to dial in positioning for different exercises effectively. The heavy-duty steel construction feels robust and inspires confidence when loading weight. Each lever arm is made from thick steel tubing with a powder-coated black finish that resists scratching. I've loaded these up to around 180 pounds per arm for heavy single-arm rows and presses, and there's been zero flexing, bending, or creaking. The 600-pound per-arm capacity provides plenty of headroom, though I suspect most home gym users will be well below that limit for unilateral work. The welds look clean and solid, and the overall build quality feels commercial-grade rather than flimsy budget equipment. The multi-grip handle design with multiple grip positions is genuinely useful. There are neutral grip positions, angled grips, and different handle orientations that allow me to target muscles from various angles. For single-arm presses, I can use a neutral grip which feels more natural on my shoulders than traditional barbell pressing. For rows, the different grips let me emphasize different parts of my back. This variety makes the lever arms feel like multiple pieces of equipment rather than a one-trick attachment. The adjustability with 12 height settings on the handle and 5 height positions for the entire arm swing provides excellent flexibility for different exercises and body sizes. I can position the arms low for belt squats, mid-height for chest-supported rows, or high for shoulder presses. The adjustment process requires loosening bolts, moving the component to the desired position, and retightening, which takes maybe 30 seconds per adjustment. It's not instant like a pin-loaded system, but it's quick enough that I don't mind repositioning between exercises. The installation on my 2x2 power rack with 1-inch holes was straightforward. I slid the mounting post through the rack hole, positioned the retaining plate on the outside of the rack upright, threaded on the large nut, and tightened everything down with the included wrench. The locking mechanism feels secure and hasn't shown any loosening or movement during use. The upgraded safety lock system provides peace of mind that the arms won't shift or detach during heavy lifts. The dual loading system with side sleeve for Olympic plates and top sleeve for both Olympic and standard plates is convenient. For most exercises, I load Olympic plates on the side sleeve closest to the handle since that's the primary loading position. The top sleeve is useful for belt squats where you want the weight hanging vertically. Having the flexibility to use either loading position depending on the exercise is a nice design touch. The included spring clips keep plates secure without rattling or sliding. The belt squat functionality has been one of the most valuable features for me. I attach a dip belt to the top loading sleeve, load plates, and perform belt squats that allow me to train legs heavily without spinal loading. This has been great for high-volume leg training or when my lower back is fatigued from deadlifts and back squats. The setup takes maybe a minute to configure, and the movement feels smooth and natural. Now for the limitations and frustrations. The biggest issue is that the lever arms are heavy and bulky, which makes them somewhat cumbersome to install and remove if you don't want them permanently attached to your rack. Each arm weighs probably 25-30 pounds, and maneuvering them into position to align with the rack holes while supporting the weight isn't trivial. I've left mine installed because removing and reinstalling them for each workout would be annoying, but this limits the rack holes I can use for other purposes. The range of motion for pressing and rowing movements is constrained by the arc of the lever arm swing. Unlike free weights that can move in any direction, lever arms follow a fixed arc determined by the pivot point. For some exercises and body types, this arc might not perfectly match your natural movement pattern, which can feel awkward or create joint stress. I've had to experiment with handle height and body positioning to find comfortable movement paths for different exercises. The adjustment system, while functional, requires tools (the included wrench) to change height settings. This is more secure than pin-loaded systems but slower to adjust. If you're doing a workout that requires frequent repositioning between exercises, the constant loosening and tightening of bolts adds time to your training session. I typically set them up for one or two exercises per workout and leave them in that configuration to minimize adjustment hassle. The handle grips are knurled steel, which provides good traction but can be harsh on hands during high-rep work without gloves. The knurling is aggressive enough to prevent slipping but rough enough to cause calluses or discomfort on bare hands during extended sets. I've started using lifting gloves or wrapping the handles with grip tape for higher-rep movements. The footprint and space requirements are significant. When installed on a power rack, the lever arms extend outward from the rack frame by probably 30-40 inches when fully extended. In a small home gym or garage gym with limited space, this can create clearance issues with walls, other equipment, or vehicles. You need to account for the swing radius when planning placement. The compatibility is specifically for 2x2 or 3x3 racks with 5/8-inch or 1-inch holes as stated, but verifying compatibility before purchase is critical. I confirmed my rack dimensions and hole size before ordering, and fitment was perfect. If your rack has non-standard sizing or hole spacing, these might not work. The product description could be clearer about measuring your specific rack before buying. The spring clips included for securing weight plates are basic but functional. They're standard spring collars that work fine but aren't the highest quality. I've supplemented with my own locking collars for heavier loads where I want absolute confidence the plates won't slide. The belt squat functionality, while useful, requires you to already own a dip belt or figure out a belt attachment system. The lever arms don't come with a belt, so that's an additional purchase if you don't already have one. The loading sleeve for belt squats also limits how much weight you can load compared to dedicated belt squat machines, though for most home gym users, the capacity is adequate. The price point is moderate to high for lever arm attachments. You're paying for heavy-duty construction and versatility, but there are cheaper lever arm options available that might suffice for lighter use. The value proposition depends on how much you'll use them and whether the build quality and features justify the cost for your specific needs. The lack of detailed exercise guidance or programming suggestions is a missed opportunity. The product doesn't come with instructional materials on how to effectively use lever arms for different exercises, optimal positioning, or safety considerations. If you're new to lever arm training, you'll need to research exercises and techniques independently. Overall, the SELEWARE lever arms are a well-built, versatile attachment that significantly expands training options for power rack owners. The heavy-duty construction supports serious weight, the adjustability allows customization for different exercises and body sizes, the dual loading system is practical, and the belt squat capability adds real value. The arms are bulky and cumbersome to install/remove, the fixed arc of motion doesn't suit everyone perfectly, and the adjustment process requires tools and time. For home gym owners with a compatible 2x2 or 3x3 power rack who want to add unilateral movements, belt squats, and machine-style exercises without buying separate pieces of equipment, these lever arms deliver solid value and performance. They're not essential for basic barbell training, but they meaningfully enhance what's possible in a home gym setting. I'm glad I added them to my setup and use them regularly enough to justify the investment. ... show more
