The media could not be loaded. We have been on the hunt for awhile, looking for a great all in 1 power rack. This rack fits perfectly in our garage with limited space. I especially like that you have multiple options when it comes to the pull-up bar, as we had very little wiggle room. The set up was fairly easy, and took a few hours. While I did have extra hands available, I was able to set the rack up completely by myself, with no issues. I highly recommend having a socket wrench and ratchet available as that made tightening the bolts much easier to do. Everything went together smoothly, and the cable aspect works perfectly! A few things to point out. The weight holder is wobbly, even after tightening the bolts. I think it is because the metal is very short and does not come the full length of the base (see photo/video). This does cause it to feel very unstable when adding and removing weight. Planning on only using for small weights. The foot board for cable rows also has a flaw. There is not way to keep it from falling over when bumped, and as a person that like to workout barefoot, it is a concern for my feet. I tried installing upside down, but then there isn't a way to utilize the foot holder for situps. This is just a minor convenience and doesn't hinder the performance of the rack at all. Just more of a personal preference. TL;DR Great rack for smaller spaces. Easy to set up/build. Multiple heights for pull-up bar. Weight holder is wobbly. Footboard is not fully secure.     • Needs anchoring to floor. Pulleys have play and come apart.

The media could not be loaded. As others have stated, stability is a bit of an issue. Particularly if pulling upward from a low position on the cables, the whole rack will simply lift up, pivoting on the heavy rear with the weight. It would be ideal if holes were drilled and the front end gets anchored to the floor. Also the pulleys come with some bushings that are too short and allow the bearing caps of the wheel to come off. There is unstable play in them to start with, and if the cap pops off it's then just a mess. Apparently, one customer reached out to the company and had proper length bushings sent. I just got some washers and fixed the issue myself. See my video. The cables are 3" too long even at their most tight setting. Generally not a deal breaker, but when it comes to something like lat pulldowns, there's already a height limit with the highest setting of the cable pull, plus the carabiner, plus the handle. There's really no way to get a full stretch unless your bench is like 6 inches off the ground. To fix this, I put some other pulleys I had back-to-back in place of the dual pulleys it came with. This brought the pulleys closer together and effectively made up the difference and tightened up the slack. Lastly, I don't love the way the weight ratio is cut in half if using only one cable (due to the cable routing and ... science), but generally, one arm movements don't require so much weight that it's ridiculous, just keep in mind you might want to use a spring loaded luggage scale or something to measure what tension you actually have, then calibrate your brain with how many plates to load on. TL;DR Good value for the money for sure. It helps if you're handy and have some hardware laying around to make some modifications. ... show more

This power cage with pulley system is worth every penny. You would need to spend at least $30/m on a gym that has all of the versatility this unit has since $10/m big box gyms don't have Olympic bars for benching/squatting/deadlifting. Only major gripe is that plate sled isn't very smooth. Nothing I do alleviates the friction, but it's not unbearable and I am happy with the expenditure. ***Updates Review 12/27/2023*** Overall this is a sturdy power rack with loads of features and weight capacity well worth the money! I researched for days all of the other similar power racks from Major Lutie and other sellers. This is the unit I decided on after days of comparison and we couldn’t be happier, lots of flexibility with the double pulley system and attachments. Some minor things to note, the supplied attachments are hollow tubing for the lat pull down bar, curl bar, etc. they are still very good quality and work fine and handle the weight, just don’t expect commercial grade or solid steel attachments. The unit does come in three separate boxes due to the amount and weight of all the parts. They do really need to put more protection in the box that contains the 4 main upright posts, there was some minor paint chips on them. Total overall build/install and final adjustments took about 2-3 hours. ***Original Issue Review & Solution From Seller 12/9/2023*** The seller is responsive and willing to help with any issues. The supplied bushings that support the pulleys in the upper frame were too short. The pulleys on the machine still worked but weren’t properly supported and walked side to side making contact with the frame cutout. After reaching out to the seller and sending some photos via Amazon chat and email they quickly identified a solution and sent out the replacement bushings. We received the bushing and installed them 12/27/2023 and now have no pulley issues. ... show more

Disclaimer - I am not a professional weight lifter, don’t worry about lifting 1k pounds. This machine has worked very well so far, about 3 weeks of use 5 days a week. I love the variety of exercises it allowed me to add to my workout program in addition to the dumbbell set I already had. Installation was not hard, but I have real tools. If you put this together with just the tools provided, it would be a long process and be miserable. I am 6’2” tall, and the pull up bar is a little bit short for my liking but works fine. Everything showed up quickly and in good shape. It does take a good amount of space, but honestly worth the space and money - especially for those who don’t need to squat 600 and bench 450.
