I bought 2 of these chairs for our patio. They were a gift for my husband for his birthday. It took us an hour with us both working together to put each of the chairs together. The instructions aren't great, but are sufficient. If you have put enough furniture together you will figure it out. When we DID get them together and out onto our patio, they are comfy and sturdy without being overly heavy. They glide easily, smoothly, and without any noise or creaking. I can easily pick them up to move them. We have had them up for a week and have enjoyed sitting in them every day. To preserve them from sun and rain, we bought some heavy plastic covers. Bought 2 chairs. Beautiful, comfortable smooth gliding chair. First chair took awhile to assemble. 2nd chair was missing a part. However, Outsunny responded quickly to email requesting part be shipped to us. Bought the cream color, and it will perfect on my new porch.

The product came with no instructions. Luck of the draw I suppose. AOSOM worked with me almost immediately (closed on weekends). Took me a while to assemble bcz of the added difficulty, but I was eventually able to get it done. I did suggest to them to put assembly instructions as a tab from their main menu instead of putting it in under the shopping menu of the individual product. ... show more

This is a very comfortable glider. I was hesitant because of the bad reviews about assembly and maybe I was just lucky, but I didn’t have any problems. I suggest not completely tightening anything until it’s all together, and then tighten everything.
