This is Beast ! I love it and have put it to great use and it has responded beyond my expectations for an inexpensive tool . The pole extension works easily . It is able to cut very thick branches and without difficulty , GO SlOW on large branches , don't force it ! You may have to stop and occasionally re-tighten the chain ( happens when you push it too hard + fast ) , no big deal , but remove the battery when you do for safety purposes . Also always wear safety glasses ( one of the videos shows someone operating it without eye protection ) . I found the batteries recharged fairly quickly for this price point 2-3 hours depending upon the level of discharge . It operates long at the 4 light level and drops quickly to the 3 light level and from there fairly rapidly to the 2 light level and then it is time to re-charge . As far as poor previous reviews of this product , you can start to weed many of them out as not being valid , unless you were the unlucky person that got the bad one which can happen . HIGHLY RECCMMEND .

Love this pole saw/mini chainsaw! Worked great, wasn’t too heavy, I’m older and have palms to trim regularly and this made it easy af. However, in my chainsaw bonanza, i trimmed every tree in my backyard, a lot went down, somehow the little black cap that covers the oil reservoir came off in my chainsawing zeal. First time i used it! Sad face. I searched for it outside, i looked online and ordered something but it doesn’t fit. I can’t find a link or seller info to ask if they sell replacement parts for this chainsaw. I need a cap! Until then further trimming is on hold. It’s difficult. This thing made all my outdoor chores SO much easier!! It’s an addictive tool. Love.

This is such a great tool for the price, a Jim dandy! I am not going to be using it everyday but once or twice a year, about 20--30 hours a year at this price it is the best! Goes through some thick branches, 4-5" thick. easy to use, easy to charge and the charges last a good amount of time.

Works great for cutting small limbs low and high. Have used a lot since purchase and the battery life is good, it's fairly lightweight for me to use, I'm a 71 yo female with a bad back. I highly recommend this product.

Cuts limbs easily. Lightweight when not on the pole. Pole extends very long and is easy to use. Like the self contained chain greasing option which is operated with a push of a button.

Inspected thoroughly upon receipt, chain good, screws tight etc. Within 3 minutes the chain guard flew off. The chain has to be tightened every couple of minutes until you reach the point it can no longer be tightened. It's like a rubber band or something, it stretches out a few times, springs back, but after a few times, it quits springing back. Obviously I'm exaggerating there, but hopefully you get my point. I have 3 other mini chainsaws similar to this and have never had an issue with them. I got this one because none of the others can be converted to a pole saw. I was so excited to try this one. Many YouTube influencers promoted it. Many reviewers here promoted it. It sounded awesome. Let me tell you, it's anything but awesome. And I've used chainsaws all my life, and only switched to these little ones as I've gotten older. This has to be the worst thing ever passed off as a saw. The vibration causes this thing to begin falling apart immediately and it only progresses the longer you try to use it. If you don't keep an eye on that chain, and I mean just every couple of minutes, you are in danger of it coming off and doing who knows what kind of damage. Not easy to use, doesn't cut well, not a good value. I don't know about battery life, I couldn't keep it going long enough between repairs to see how long the battery would last.
