Overall, I loved this air fryer. Purchased in May 2020 and used frequently. However, this morning, with no warning after using it, it started to smoke and continued to get worse. When my husband moved it, there was a melted mess underneath. We were able to get the fryer outside but the melted mess left behind was bubbling. Put baking soda on the melted mess to cool off. There was absolutely no warning that something was wrong. Machine was not running when this occurred--just got done using it. Smoke was indication something was not right. Contacted Amazon with picture and received full refund. Return window closed June 12, 2020 but Amazon stepped up and did the right thing. Because of this experience, I highly recommend you DO NOT buy this product. I will be researching air fryers through Consumer Reports to see what brands are reliable. This was first air fryer I've ever purchased and absolutely loved it but now, because of this experience, I'm hesitant.... ... show more

So far I'm loving this Air Fryer, I don't know but the flavors of the food even the veggies are amazing, is like it increases the taste of it. Right now I'm doing a diet where i can't cook with any type of oil and I have to eat healthy, I bought this to help me do it. Honestly if you are trying to have a healthy lifestyle you should get this. The size was perfect for me and my husband. Also it comes with the skewars rack that's a plus. It's easy to use, just use the screen and it has already the setups for almost everything. I saw a lot of people complaining about the materials...and I think is because they don't Wash it after used, of course you have to, it is like when you use your pan, it's easy to clean and so far it's perfect. Love this product, Hey, I seasoned, covered with BBQ sauce, placed single layer at 360 degrees for 16 minutes... And LOOK! Deliciously browned tasty pork ribs.. Can’t wait to do chicken!!

Was worried when buying this just how much use we would get out of this but was recommended by friends. It’s quickly become one of our most used appliances. We’ve made chicken, steak, fries, etc. It’s very easy to use and to clean. Everything has come out excellent. We love it.

    • Did not even last 4 months!
Really disappointed in how this all turned out. A few nights ago at dinner, it died in the middle of cooking a whole chicken. We got it in August, so it didn't even last 4 months. I spent what I consider to be a lot of money on it only to have it die after just a few months. What's interesting is we have another of this brand (Secura). It's the smaller one (I think it's approximately 3.8 quarts) and that little gem is still going after 3 years so we just assumed we could rely on the brand name to mean quality. Shame on us...let the buyer beware :(. ... show more

I haven’t used my oven since I purchased this. It gives you the same oven quality taste without the long time. It crisps your food very nicely. I’ve cooked hamburgers, chicken, shrimp, fries, pizza rolls, onion potatoes, hot pockets (not the best for those), mixed vegetables, crab wontons, and reheated left overs.
