It's universal so does require some modification but overall not terrible. Unfortunately the 275 weight rating seems far fetched, with tension maxed at 260lbs the seat drops all the way down with minimal dampening. It may relieve some of the harsh bumps but overall not overly pleased. Would initiate return if it wasn't such a pain to disassemble and repackage. Would not recommend if you're a large American.

If you have a zero turn mower that does not have suspension, get this. Unbolt the seat, add this between the seat and the frame, bolt it back together. Ride is smoother and sits slightly higher. Huge improvement when going over bumps and dips. I put this on a Bad Boy MZ Magnum. Worked without needing to drill any new holes. Bolted right up. This costs a lot less than the factory air ride option in higher end Bad Boy mowers. It's not as smooth, but night and day better than nothing. Build quality is good, finish looks like it will hold up well. Recommend for any zero turn.

I added this to a small JD tractor hoping it would reduce fatigue from long periods of use. It was easy to mount and looks like it came from the factory. It did raise the seat a little bit. It doesn't turn the ride quality into a Cadillac, but it does reduce the harshness and jarring. May not be something that everyone needs, but I'm glad I added it to my little tractor.

Goober sez, Built VERY heavy duty. I don't have any woories about it breaking or bending. This is a great addition to any piece of equipment that doesn't have suspension. I put it on a forklift, with solid tires, that gets use off pavement regularly and is a real back breaker. This would be great o a solid tire skid loader too. It does raise the overall seat height a few inches though, so consider this if you intend to use it on something with a cage or roll-over protection, Especially if the driver is taller that average.

I got this for my john deere 318, and the mounting holes were no where near close enough, so I made a bracket to adapt . It is easily adjustable and helps dramatically compared to the old seat suspension

This isn’t that hard to add to your mower, just a simple disassemble and add the suspension for the completed project. The suspension adds about 3” of height so you may have to adjust the steering arms to clear your legs. This really takes the road out of your ride, zero turn mowers are notorious for kidney rattling and this helps a lot.
