Seemed a little narrower than the Herman Miller OEM. But, the cost is great and it's a fairly easy install. The double-sided tape held securely. If you're replacing lots of these at an office or as some side hustle chair repair, it's a great bet!

I ordered this one ($12) from Ming Yi to compare it to the OEM one ($15) ordered from an authorized Herman Miller (HM) chair seller. They were identical. Recommend a plastic safe glue to secure in place like what HM did from the factory back in '08. The 3M double side tape is useless.

The replacement cushion felt great and was easy to install. I did have some trouble removed the self adhesive tape, however, I added some more on top of what was already there because I could not get it off without tearing the cushion.

I like it. It fits great and is very easy to install. You only have to tear two strips of included 3M tape and simply insert it beneath your chair. Quick tip: make sure to clean out the slot where your old pad went in on your chair before you insert this new one. It tends to collect a lot of dirt, grime and dust. ... show more
