I Like Seagate Products and look for the name when I'm shopping. However I'm a little disappointed with this item for the simple reason that I ordered and paid for a 16 terrabyte drive and it arrived in a package that described it as a 16 terrabyte drive, but after I opened it and installed it, it turned out to be a 14 terrabyte drive with a capacity of 14.1 terrabytes . as far as I'm concerned, Seagate owes me 2 TB Other than that I'm satisfied completely. ... show more

I bought a Seagate 16TB hard drive from this vendor. It arrived in a paper shipping package (no box and padding). The hard drive was faulty and didn't spin which makes sense as the package was probably thrown around in shipping and had no solid packaging to support it. The vendor only covers max $20 on return shipping, and the minimum trackable shipping option I could get was $105. So, not only did it cause me inconvenience (I needed the hard drive asap), cost me my time to have to return it, it also cost me about $85 out of pocket - and I still have to buy another - BUT NOT FROM THIS VENDOR. No more buying from 3rd party vendors on AMAZON for me! ... show more
