The oiler was packed very well, zero damage noticed when we received it. I have not yet had time to contact seaflo but I believe a part is missing-a cap on the flush pedal. I will contact them about that today. The installation was straight forward, but the water connection was a bit more difficult than expected. The connector is pointed down and getting an elbow fitting in there was cause for a few colorful words but it did work out. The flush system definitely has more force and swirling action than my original one. Have not taken it for a real world test as yet but I am pretty confident it will work fine. The base is not porcelain which makes it top heavy so be cautious how you handle it.

I think it is a good product but as it turns out this unit is quite a bit bigger than the standard RV toilet and I had to return it. I only took it out of the box and shipped it back in the orinal condition. Tracking info says it arrived on 9/29 and here it is 10/15 and I have not gotten a refund.

Very satisfied with this purchase! Flush performance is awesome, more comfortable and even looks nicer than the Thetford I replaced. I needed to replace 1 of our 2 due to a crack in the porcelain (something fell on it during travel). When I have to replace something I usually try to upgrade, because let’s face it , they don’t usually equip these campers with the best products. That being said, now I will be replacing the thetford in our main bathroom just because this SEAFLO is that much better!
