  • Great bike
Color: Periwinkle Size: Mikko 7-speed/26-Inch Wheels
Got this bike to take with us camping. It’s been a long time since I rode a bike. Still remember how

  • Great Bike - comfortable and easy to ride
Color: Purple Size: Mikko 3-speed/26-Inch Wheels
I am not going to lie, this bike is not only cute but super comfortable and easy to ride. I haven't ridden a bike in over 20 years and I wanted something that was comfortable so I could ride a bike with my toddler. I put it together myself with minimal assistance. It is a 3 speed with no hand brake so that may have been why it was so easy but definitely someone with minor mechanical skills can accomplish. On this bike, you are seated more upright making it very comfortable plus has an extra large seat which is nice. I strongly recommend this bike for anyone wanting to cruise around town. ... show more

  • Detailed Packing!
Color: Purple Size: Mikko 1-speed/26-Inch Wheels
I have to admit that after reading a few reviews concerning the amount of damage some these bikes sustained during shipping, I thought about not making the purchase. I thought surely these negative reviews must be a small sampling, so I took a chance (mainly because of the GREAT price) and I’m glad I did! I received the bike in 4 days and in perfect condition. The great care that as given in packaging this bike was exceptional! Not a dent and not a scratch! It actually took a little time getting this bike unpacked, that’s how secure the packaging was. I had this beautiful Schwinn put together in less than 20 minutes. This is a birthday present for my wife, and I have no doubt that she’s going to love it! ... show more

  • Sturdy cruiser with good styling
Color: Teal Size: Mikko 3-speed/26-Inch Wheels
Bought this for my daughter - she loves it! Color is cute, it's very comfortable, and it rides / shifts smoothly. A few notes: - The box specifically says not to transport on the side, but on my package the side of the box was worn through on the derailleur side, including scuffs on the derailleur itself but no mechanical damage (thank goodness). If you get one of these, that's the first thing I would check. - the paint layer is very thin and scratches easily, even from assembly itself. Leaning the bike even casually against anything (like a bike rack) will likely scratch it. For a beach cruiser, this introduces the risk of rusting. - there are no specified torque settings for the handlebar stem and other nuts - that would be helpful to make sure you're not over-tightening - it comes with no tools, so you will need some wrenches and larger hex wrenches (1/2 inch I think?) But for the price, and especially given the VERY high demand for bikes during COVID-19, we are very happy overall, minus 1 star for the damage to the box and the assembly quirks / paint. ... show more

  • Great bike and customer service
Color: Navy Size: Mikko 7-speed/26-Inch Wheels
Ordered this bike and assumed ourselves. It’s a great bike but losing a star because apparently it’s very important to have your bike assembled by a professional. There’s more to it than just putting some screws in. There’s a lot of adjustments that need to be made that I was unaware of. But I digress, tue bike came and the front rim was bent. Called Schwinn customer service and they were extremely helpful. Asked if I wanted to take to a local bike shop to have the wheel trued and submit for reimbursement or if I wanted them to send a new rim. I chose to take to a local shop. The shop said it was too bent to tru it. I let Schwinn know and they immediately sent me a new rim. Had the bike shop change it out for me and do all tue other adjustments needed and the bike is perfect. Love it. ... show more

  • I love this bicycle!
Color: Teal Size: Mikko 3-speed/26-Inch Wheels
I wanted to make sure it was assembled correctly, so paid a small fee to have a local bicycle shop assemble it for me. The cruiser is easy for me to step through and get on or off. At over 60, I need this style for safety. Three gears are all I need. To get more of a leg workout, sometimes I only ride in third gear. Brakes in the pedals are like deja vu all over again from childhood bikes. The big tires make for such a smooth ride. Every time I get on it, I am glad that I bought it. ... show more

  • The paint on the fenders is sunfaded and does not match the bike frame.
Color: White Size: Mikko 7-speed/26-Inch Wheels
I disliked that the paint on the bike did not match the frame. The fenders to the bike are a faded white and do not match the frame of the bike.

  • Really?
Color: Teal Size: Mikko 3-speed/26-Inch Wheels
What was Schwinn thinking? The three speed bike may have been of advanced design, in the 1940's. But this is not so inexpensive rather poorly emulated version of it. Assembling the beast is quite an endeavor: Front wheels can be put in place with two people working on them - one spreading the fork to fit it over the wheel, Instead of simple snapping mechanism, one has to tighten the nuts manually with an appropriate wrench. The screws to hold the support for the front fender, already on the frame, to were screwed on so so tightly that I resorted to using 10-40WD to loosen them, The seat, oh, the seat. There are nuts and screws to adjust the angle of the seat and there is a screw/nut to adjust the height of the seat. Adjusting both of them requires quite an endeavor. Adjusting the height of the seat is particularly problematic. Even when the nut was tightened with force to hold the seat post, the seat sank. Imaging yourself riding and the seat sinks or loaning the bike to someone of different dimensions than you, you without proper tools are out of luck, Speaking of tools, it seemed that almost every nut and screw required a different implement. Pedals? Never got to them. After the issues with the seat and evaluating potential future troubles involving what would be considered minor repairs, I decided not to continue with the assembly and reversed the action to ship the bike back. One positive thing about the bike, even only about 3/4 assembled the blue bike was aesthetically pleasing. But that was not the principal reason for the purchase. ... show more
