I had been using another brand and shade (medium ash blonde) for YEARS and it was recently discontinued. I was devastated because I got so many compliments on my old shade. I decided to go a bit lighter (extra light ash blonde) with this product because I have more gray hair than I previously had when I started using the other product. I am naturally medium/dark brown. However, since Ive aged (49 years old), my "natural" color has lightened and everything at the crown is now mostly gray. Therefore, Ive found that my hair can no longer be dyed a darker color because it looks so fake. I was prepared for a disaster when using this product...but my hair turned out to look better than ever! I cant believe how light blonde my hair turned out. Its almost platinum - with NO BRASS. Having a base that is darker underneath and mostly gray on top is so hard to color, but this dyed all my hair a cool blonde. The pre-treatment was great for my dry ends. My hair looks so shiny and soft. Another great thing is the scent. I kept smelling this wonderful perfume all day and could not put my finger on what it was. It was MY HAIR! The purple conditioning treatment will easily provide weekly treatments until my next coloring. I would definitely recommend. ... show more

I’ve always used L’Oréal hair color, which I’ve loved. Amazon was out of my shade and I took a chance on this…I’m glad I did. It has a depth to it as if I’ve had highlights. It’s a comparable price, but a bit better than my old product.

This is the best hair dye being sold in my opinion. I have tried many of them and was unable to find my natural hair color until I found the caramel blonde of this brand. It makes my hair fuller and shiny and looks very natural. I hope it never gets discontinued.

This is one of the best hair coloring product I have used. Easy to use and really had a great overall coverage. I don't shampoo my hair everyday so I am sure that helps the color last longer. I usually have to color every 3 to 4 months. It also makes my hair look very healthy.
