I used to swear by this brand. Lately, their colors completely misrepresent what they actually are. I wanted redder hues in my medium brown hair. I thought this shade would be a no-brained for more warmth/red tones. This color essentially added no red and just made it dark. My hair was actually redder before, sadly.
