Ok so my computer has no storage because of sims…. I wanted to play other games….but I love sims. So I did the math in how much space sims took up and I got this little guy (this guy is like 1/4th the size of the 20mg I got for school in elementary) and oooooooo it’s beautiful. It has wayyyyyy more storage than I though nessisssry and ohhh yeahhh mmmmmmhmhmhmnm when I play sims there is no lag, my computer isn’t sobbing (as much) and yeah this flash drive is great. You can also have sims 4 (all expansions) and sims 3 (I don’t have all expansions) on it at the same time and I just got dejavu writing this. This flash drive has allowed for more space for other games like project zomboide and other fun stuff! I think this flash drive is also excellent for government use because it holds so much info and is/looks easily lose-able Oh and I’m not gunna check if there is more colors but because it’s black I can’t see it very good in my dark desk :/ Tldr works good lots of space for things (sims) and very losebale on a dark surface ... show more

Maybe it is a good thing that it is really really hard to slide this open - it won’t accidentally slide and expose the delicate usb-c stick. But it is annoyingly hard to slide open.

This flash drive features a protective cover that slides over the USB connector. That's a feature I wanted. As other buyers have noted, the cover can stick. I think that, in time, it may slide more smoothly.

Drive performs and works great. Only complaint is the slide action of the cover is anything but smooth. Getting it to open and close can be tricky. Note, I get much worse performance when using the out of the box FAT32 format. Performance numbers in the attached screenshot are with NTFS instead.

    • Fast but PITA dealing with the sliding mechanism

It seems very quick, much quicker than the non USB-C sticks I have used. But my biggest issue is that the mechanism to expose the metal terminal is really irritating. you can't just pull on the housing, you have to push down on a slider while at the same time pushing on the other end, which is usually attached to a key chain. and half of the time that doesn't free it. And even if you get the male end out, it will retract if not fully extended when you push it in. Sounds kinky but just irritating. ... show more
