I needed a reliable flash drive for moving big files between my work computer and home laptop, and my old plastic USB 2.0 drives just weren't cutting it anymore. I'm so glad I got this one. The difference in speed is night and day. I transferred a few gigabytes of photos and videos in just a couple of minutes, which would have taken forever on my old drive. The metal casing feels really solid and premium, much better than the cheap plastic ones that feel like they'll crack on my keychain. It does get a little warm when you're transferring a lot of data, but I looked it up and that's normal for these metal drives. It's compact, looks great, and the 128GB size is more than enough for what I need. It's a no-brainer for the price. I've been holding onto a trusty (but incredibly slow) 16GB flash drive for years. The time finally came to upgrade when I had to transfer a video file that was bigger than the drive itself! I grabbed this SanDisk Ultra Flair, and wow, what a difference. First off, the speed is fantastic. No more waiting around for what feels like an hour for files to copy. It's plug-and-play, and it just works. The design is also a huge plus. It’s small, has a nice weight to it because of the metal, and looks way more professional than my old plastic one. My only minor gripe is that it's small enough that I'm worried I might lose it, so I put it on my keyring immediately. Good storage at a decent price. I needed to buy a thumb drive to create a windows reboot media. I know 256gb is overkill for that, but I'll eventually use it for storage. No issue at all. Plug it in. Computer reads it. Good to go. Decent speed. Be careful though as during the windows install the drive did get fairly warm. The drive is small (maybe too small). Solid plastic construction. Can't ask for much more out of a thumb drive ... show more
