    • They are low quality for being so expensive.
First of all. The 'new' unit I purchased from Amazon was clearly used. It even had the shipping label from the original customer on it. The unit had a broken strain relief, but that wasn't a huge deal to me initially. Using the machine and it worked great at first. I put it really hot water at first and then the internal heater took over and put it up to near the 190 degrees as advertised. It was really hot and the vacuum works great and extracts most of the water with ease. HOWEVER, on the 3rd or 4th day of use the heater element failed. It no longer heats the water at all. I've contacted Sandia support, so we'll see what happens. EDIT: I never heard back from Sandia regarding the heater not working. I bought another unit to replace the bad one. The new unit worked for a few hours, now the water pump is not working and water is leaking out of the bottom. Let's just say these units have problems and their company does not support them well. ... show more

    • Horrible Product and even worse instruction manual
Let me start by saying I am very dissapointed with the product and instruction manual. We are not able to get the water flowing out the nozzle. When referring to the instruction manual, this was a waste of time. The manual included doesn't have any mention of the model number, the company that made it or a email link or phone number. Instructions contain no details about how to use or setup the product, just a list of things not to do. For the price paid, I would think the company would put a little effort into a decent manual. Aside from the manual being so awful, the unit is not working properly and will need to be returned and replaced. UPDATE: 12/06/12 - I contacted customer service at Sandia to get some help with this unit. It will not pump water out the nozzle. Its brand new, never been used before. I was told by Sandia that Amazon is not an authorized reseller and that Sandia will not warranty this new unit. They are now not returning any of my emails. Its sad to see an American made product and company not support their products. warning to others. ... show more

Vacuum Stopped working first an now it won't spray anything out I haven't had it a year yet. I've only used it like 5 times maybe 8.
