Description

Sit back, relax, and let the Samsung Jetbot Mop automatically clean your floors. The electronic, cordless mop is designed to clean all types of floors from tile, vinyl, laminate, and hardwood. The dual spinning pads are powerful enough to move, turn, and clean simultaneously, while the smart system sensor allows the mop to safely navigate your home. The double water tanks and the long lasting-battery will let this robotic mop intelligently clean dust, dirt, and grime for up to 50 minutes before a water refill and up to 100 minutes before a recharge. With 8 different cleaning modes (Hand Mode, Focus Mode, and Random Mode to name a few) and two types of machine washable pads, the Jetbot Mop does the hard work for you. Based on internal testing in an area with furniture arranged in a similar way to a real home setting. The two water tanks need to be refilled every 50 minutes. Protective adhesive in packing must be removed prior to use for sensors to work properly. Because of this capacity, it may also allow you to mop multiple times on a single charge.

  • Works great, I have used this one since 2020
I have had this since 2020. I love it, I also have a Braava Jet, I like too. And I have another mop/vacuum combo, thats pretty cool.. I have the I Robot S9 Braava combo.. I am knowledgle. The samsung is nice, keep in mind it is blind like a bat but it does a good job on hardwood and lanolium. It scrubs great and deep cleans, much better than a y others. it does it in a blind manner, it probably misses a spot here and there and can get stuk, but I sort of child/mop proof everything and I run it a couple times in each room just in c ase it nissed a spot, no worries. Runs for 50 minutes or so and charges fast, not sure, about an hour or so I guess. The pads I hand wash and put whatever cleaner I wish to use. It might be a little [pricey but it is well made and has lasted 4 years so far. ... show more

  • If you are a relaxed (none-serious) cleaner like me, this can be your buddy.
This little guy does not have any memory function. But, it does not get stuck. It may be lost but at least it won’t stop working complaining about the structure of the floor. The cleaning ability per se is acceptable. Floor feels different (better) after cleaning. It is surprisingly quiet. I really liked the noise level compared to iRobot products. I did not want vacuum function due to the concern of mold at the suction site. It is small and light which is a plus for me. Wish it has longer running time but longer running time will make the battery and weight more than what it is now. Just hope the mop replacement can be done online. It needs a call (not chat) to the customer service during the business hours because the mop is not listed on the website or Amazon. I liked it, recommend it for casual relaxed cleaners but not to OCD with the concern of germs. Actually I am buying a second set to cover different floor. Update after 2 month; I still like it. Then problem occurred when I tried to buy additional mops. They are not sold on Samsung website. (please read until the end. Right answer is there) Samsungparts.com has it. I waited patiently for >1hr and finally placed the order $33/each x3 thinking those must be made out of silk. I don’t even buy towels for my face paying that much money. Anyway, I liked the machine and understood that it was a special order to Made In Korea. I did not realize until the moment I open the Fedex (what a luxury! Express shipping for the mop!) that I paid >10bucks that I got 3 mops not 3 pairs. Hello!! I am sorry but this cute machine works with mop pairs not “each”. So basically I paid for 1.5 pair that I can practically use only 1 additional pair paying 33x3+10 (shipping)? That is enough to buy a decent hand held vac! I called them to complain and they said they will review and call me back in a day. So, I will see. When I looked up Korean website where I cannot directly buy, the exact same pair under Everybot is sold at 7 bucks. That is almost 1/5 of it. Maybe I need to buy 100 of them from Korea and leave my contacts here so that Jetbot buyers can buy those mops at a fair price not $66+shipping a pair. I would rather wait and save shipping of $10. I think a fair price for this mop for a pair will be around 15 and should never be more than 20 bucks. I generally like Samsung product but for Samsung to be successful, they need to provide parts at a reasonable price not a rip off. BTW, the machine is fantastic. If Samsung gives me the other 3 for free making the pair priced at $33, I will take the deal but there is no way that I use a mop that is palm sized and priced $66. No! Update after samsungparts.com ; they will take the return without providing shipping label. They say Samsung controls the price. There was no point torturing the call center lady who is doing 3rd party shipping so I got the info for the return. If you have a way to buy the mop at an acceptable price or you need only 1 pair of each type, this is a good machine. Hope Samsung people reads this and figure out a fair price for the mop. Who is going to buy the cleaning bot when you need to pay >$70 for the replacement mop???? Last update: folks, buy this one. 2 sets 20 bucks. https://www.amazon.com/Replacement-Head-Elicto-Everybot-RS500/dp/B077H54TFB/ref=pd_bxgy_img_2/141-2600037-0252840?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B077H54TFB&pd_rd_r=a6741513-6f7c-45db-808f-c1cecaa3e5bb&pd_rd_w=Z56W2&pd_rd_wg=IQlaE&pf_rd_p=ce6c479b-ef53-49a6-845b-bbbf35c28dd3&pf_rd_r=V9X4BH22M53TMS9X89HT&psc=1&refRID=V9X4BH22M53TMS9X89HT#customerReviews ... show more

  • Surprisingly, this Robot Mop works great! Better than the competitors...
I have had both of the iRobot mopping robots, and this one by Samsung is so much better. The problem with the iRobot units are that they leave tracks from the wheels all over, and you have to get out your standard mop to remove all of those track marks-kind of defeating the purpose. This one uses spinning pads to do the cleaning, so there are no wheels that make contact with the wet floor, making those tracks. Plus it is virtually silent-something you can't say about the iRobot mops. Its random pattern of just bumping off the walls and any furniture it comes in contact with makes you think it will be missing some spots, but it gets to every area-multiple times and does a great job washing your floors. My only complaint is I wish it were flatter so it could get under furniture. But thats a minor compliant as it does a super job, and the price is fair. ... show more

  • I really, really wanted this to work.....
Our house is all hard surface flooring, with one large area rug. We run our Roomba vac almost every day and it works great, so I was really pumped to find something that would do the mopping equivalent. -Works great in a small bathroom with tile, getting all around the toilet, cabinets, etc. -Works OK in wide open rooms (although it doesn't seem to really get 100% coverage) -Works not well: a. In the kitchen. The kick panels under the cabinets fool it, since its sensor sits below the part of the cabinet that sticks out. So it bangs into them over and over and over. Sooner or later, that is going to damage them. b. In rooms with furniture not at right angles. Multiple times it got itself stuck behind a chair and just sat there spinning in place until I came in and rescued it. c. In various other situations where its additional height (vs Roomba) means it can cruise in under something that is just barely too low and get itself stuck (e.g. a table in our bedroom). What I envisioned was to fill it up, set it down in a room, and press "GO." In our house, the reality is that it takes a ton of hand-holding and supervision, plus I don't think it's really covering the whole floor (it takes a ton of passes to cover every inch when the brushes are only about 6" wide). Wish I had better news. ... show more
