Use the Turbo Action Brush across multiple surfaces thanks to the stick vacuum’s 200 Air Watts of intense suction power and 180° swivel flexibility; the 5-layer filtration system works in tandem with the brush to filter 99.999% of microdust, ensuring a complete clean of your home. So far I like everything about this vacuum cleaner: - Convenience: Not having to keep plugging and unplugging a vacuum cleaner makes the job quicker and easier. I love the cordless aspect of this vacuum. - Suction & Battery Life: These aspects of the cleaner go together. There are 3 suction levels - low, medium and high. The vacuum cleaner works well on hardwood, tile and carpet on the medium setting. The battery will last approximately 42-43 minutes on medium. I rarely use high and only for really big messes. On high the battery will last about 11 minutes. I have not used the low setting. I purchased a second batter which charges in the base while the battery being used is also charging. For my house which is 4350 SQFT, both batteries will easily handle the entire house with battery life to spare. - Maneuverability: The vacuum is exceptionally maneuverable. It allows me to bring the hose parallel to the floor so that I can vacuum under dressers, night tables, end tables and other furniture with minimum clearance. I've never been able to do this with another vacuum cleaner. The retractable hose makes it much easier to clean in tight spots and on steps. - Edge cleaning: The vacuum cleans right up to the edge of the wall. there is not need to switch to a narrow or brush attachment. - Storage: The vacuum stores onto a base which sits on the floor. NO need to drill holes in the wall. It takes up very little space. - Durability: Unknown at this point since I've only had the vacuum for a couple months. It's a well built machine and I see few weaknesses. However, a couple reviewers have mentioned that the latch that fastens the dust canister in place broke and a replacement part is not available. That concerns me. Thus I'm extra gentle when reattaching the dust canister to the vacuum. I use my fingers to guide the dust canister in place and then I depress the latch button until the canister is seated and then release the latch button so that that the latch gently locks in place. - Emptying the dust canister - The canister has enough capacity for one complete cleaning of my house. Emptying the canister is quick and easy. However, dust is emitted during the emptying so I empty it directly into the garbage pale in the garage while wearing a dust mask. - Cleaning pet hair: I have two cats that shed a lot. The vacuum does an excellent job of picking up pet hair on hardwood, tile and carpet. Overall, I love the vacuum. It makes it much easier and quicker for me to clean the whole house and pulling it out to spot clean high traffic areas more often is a breeze. ... show more

    • GREAT little vacuum, well worth the price

I have had this vacuum for over 1 1/2 years and use it ALL the time. I have dropped it more times than I care to admit. Instead of buying a new filter for it, I used canned air to blow it out and wiped it with a damp cloth. (I know, not smart) It started malfunctioning lately; only 2 levels worked. Then it was giving me a replace the filter notice and the battery seemed to not last as long. I bought a new filter and voila, everything works really well again. This little vacuum is light and easier to get into places other vacuums can't. Plus it works REALLY well, better than some larger ones. ... show more

I've got low executive functioning and vacuuming up my cat's litter and hair is usually the first task I avoid. After researching mid-high range cordless stick vacuums, I pulled the trigger on this Samsung. It felt solid and high-end the moment I unboxed it, and the charging caddy felt sturdy and heavy enough to be easy to use. I've had the vacuum a week now, and both myself and my cleaning lady have used it. The cleaning lady (who uses a lot of vacuums!) was impressed with the suction and ease of use. I've used this baby three times in the past week to vacuum up little messes or clean up cat litter. Normally I'd look at an area with some dirt and think, "oh, I need to clean that" and walk away without doing anything... but I actually was LOOKING FOR MORE THINGS TO CLEAN this evening, because cleaning the litter was so much fun. I'd previously had a corded Shark stick vac that was okay, but it was loud and a pain to get out of the closet. This Samsung was absolutely worth the investment – the suction is great, better than my Shark, and the ease of use is unparalleled. I also love that it's quieter than other vacuums I've used – it really helps make cleaning fun, and not tedious. Worth it! ... show more

We have mostly luxury vinyl plank throughout our 1075 sq ft home with a handful of area rugs. This was a replacement for a 3 yr old shark corded stick vac that I loved, but it was time for an upgrade. Upon receiving the vacuum I wanted to conduct a little test. So I vacuumed a few areas very thoroughly with our shark, then immediately vacuumed the same areas with the Samsung. The amount of pet hair and dust that was missed by the shark and picked up by the Samsung was astonishing! Seriously impressed with the suction. Set up was easy and the battery came with a partial charge (enough to do 700 sq ft on “mid”). It’s lightweight and the height adjustment on the handle, which means my little kids can help vacuum. However, it requires more effort to maneuver on carpet as I’m used to the shark which almost seems to propel itself. We’ll see how it does over the long run, but I’m really happy with it after some initial vacuuming. ... show more
