I’ve been searching for a longer RCA cable to replace the original one (black cable in photo) that connected my subwoofer to my Onkyo home theater system. As you can see it’s pretty basic and thin. I finally settled on this Soundfam model and I really wasn’t expecting much. Boy was I surprised. Hers’s what you get : - It’s a little less than 16 ft (about 15’-9”) - Braided - Gold plated 90 degree male connectors on either end It’s very functional, well built, and durable enough that it can be steeped on, if placed on the ground and covered. The 90 degree connectors are a big help so it doesn’t protrude and bounce/press against the wall (see pic). It fits perfectly, not too tight, definitely not slack and easy to turn and adjust if needed. There is a noticeable improvement in the sound quality. It had a slight hum before (with the old cable), it’s gone now. Also I get a fuller spectrum with the bass. All in all I would say get this Soundfam model. You get value for money and honestly it’s not that expensive, compared to other cables I was looking at with the same advertised quality. ... show more
