Ok well I have RIR chicken eggs so lg eggs and you only 3 in each row the smaller ones I got 4 and my Easter Eggers medium egg I got 4 total of 16 and it says 20 so I'm giving it a try but probably be sending it back after these 21 day's are up it alarms alot even after turn down it still goes back up so disappointed looked good but work better with bantam eggs or quail eggs I will return with updated after 21-23 days to let you know on hatching rates 😊

We have a large cabinet incubator as our primary hatching unit but we have smaller incubators for mobile hatching for classroom instruction and showing the cycle of life. This one is ok but not the greatest. Humidity is fickle. We didn't have the greatest of hatch rate out of this one. This one works if you know what you're doing and monitor it but there are better incubators on the market.

The media could not be loaded. I was testing 3 incubators at one time and this one had the second highest hatch rate and was one of my favorites. There’s 360* viewing around the sides HOWEVER, no matter the humidity, the right side always has an immense amount of condensation on the clear part, making visibility on the sides about 50% unless you open and wipe it and even after that the condensation comes back. of course, some of the big positives are the continuity of temperature and humidity. The egg Turner is almost necessary for incubating eggs now/a-days unless you do not work or work from home. I was incubating button quail eggs, which happened to be very tiny eggs, so the fact that you can adjust the size of the rollers is a big reason that this scored high on my list. It did have a flashing light if the temperature or the humidity were too low. And it will have a loud beeping for about 30 seconds to one minute if those levels are off also. But the loud beeping does not stay on, thankfully. It has an automatic shut off for turning after a certain amount of days also. I did not dig into it enough to know how to adjust the amount of days to get it to stop earlier because I need them to stop turning a week before you would stop turning chicken or duck eggs. It is quiet, it is short, it comes with Styrofoam that you can put around it if you were in a room where the temperature is not very regulated. It comes with an outside water source that needs to be elevated higher than the incubator itself, and this can cause problems because the water still does not flow into the opening when it should be. When I used the incubator without the external water source, I ended up having a very large puddle of water underneath the incubator. Even with these cons, I would still suggest this incubator. It is among one of the best that I have ever tried. And it is quiet and reliable. My baby Button quail can stay in there for a few days if needed and because the bottom is more of a netted plastic than a full plastic it would be less likely that the chicks would get splayed legs. If you asked me to choose one of the three incubators that I used at the same time with the same eggs in the same room, I would suggest this incubator. I don’t think you’ll go wrong. And I think it would be a great incubator for chickens and ducks as well. I hope my review helps you and your search for an incubator.

I used it as soon as I got it for quail eggs. The hatch rate was about 80% because of a few infertile eggs. It works perfectly and it held all my quail eggs without an issue. It is a great product, very sturdy. 100% recommended.

It’s on or off. That’s it. No way to alter humidity. No vents that can be adjusted. 1 hatch from 25 eggs. Eggs or equipment? No idea.
