I always tell my customers when it comes to quality plumbing get Delta stuff. But then I thought I would step out of the box for my personal situation at home and try this I like the look and especially the price. My biggest impression was the sturdiness and quality the valve system work great with no leaks. The seals were good to where you didn't have to worry so much about over or under tightening like most units. Getting ready to order another one for my other bathroom. Also like that it had Allen heads to screw into the threads so it will not turn while adjusting the rain head. Easy installation with help of included parts and Allen wrench tool. Also loved the pressure of the wand and the rain head awesome. Definitely recommend this. I have been a contractor for 19 years! Really loved it for a long time. T about 2 1/2 years of daily use in the master bath, the handheld portion sort of... exploded. It literally just fell in half. Those things never last all that long and are easy to replace, so whatever. However, 2 months later the switching mechanism broke. So on one hand, it looks nice, was easy to install, and overall was a joy to use, on the other hand longevity was lousy. Also, while water pressure was great in the beginning it was reduced by nearly half by the end. And we have a whole house filter and softener which are regularly maintained. ... show more
