I purchased this queen size airbed back in August of 2023. I inflated the bed and used a couple of times. The next time I tried to used on November 6, 2023 and noticed the bed was losing air. I was finally able to find the source a hole was in the seam of the air bed. I put the patch that comes with the bed on. This still did not resolve the issue. I then sent an email to infosleeplux.net on November 8, 2023 and to date, I still have not heard back from them. Besides not getting any response back, this bed is very comfortable to sleep on and also has a USB port for convenience. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have now had this air mattress for a year, we bought it when we had a last minute house guest that needed a bed. They slept on it for over a week and it worked great. We have used it a couple times since then and got it out over Christmas this year, it holds the air well, is comfy for an air mattress (my husband and I both slept on it for a Christmas sleepover in the living room) and the best part is it inflates AND DEFLATES itself within minutes! It’s so easy and quick and requires minimal effort to set up and take down. I have slept on air mattresses in the past that are so uncomfortable and set up air mattresses without the built in pump before, this really fits all the air mattress needs for a reasonable price. The bed height is great for feeling like an actual bed. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it ... show more

Honestly, this is one of the better inflatable mattresses I’ve owned. It’s very comfortable and has an easy inflate/deflate feature. I’ve used it a ton, but unfortunately started to slowly deflate with use after only 7 months. I can’t visibly see a puncture or anything, but definitely isn’t usable anymore. I purchased 2 of these SleepLux Durable Inflatable Air Mattress with Built-in Pump, Pillow and USB Charger for a couple of camping trips this summer, 2023. First off these are very comfortable beds. They are self inflating/deflating and are fast. They have a built in pillow ridge along the the head and the inflation motor also has a USB charger, convenient. The inflation motor is also quieter than most I’ve had in the past which is very nice. The documentation for these beds states that the first several uses will be accompanied by a certain amount of stretching which is understandable. However I’ve now used them on two trips consisting of 5 nights total and these air mattresses are still requiring re-inflation on average 4 times per night which is in my experience is excessive. To be clear here, we’re not talking about a little air loss we’re talking about substantial air loss to the point that you’re inches off the floor and have to roll off the bed to get up. Previous air mattresses I’ve had went thru the stretching phase for about 4 nights after which they held air for days. These SleepLux Durable Inflatable Air Mattress with Built-in Pump, Pillow and USB Charger are lucky to hold air for a few hours. Another issue experienced is the storage bag that comes with the bed is very cheap and low quality and one of the bags split down the seam the first trip, as I’ve mentioned I’ve had several of these air mattresses over the years and I do know how to correctly fold them. The split seam was not due to overstuffing, it’s just a low quality bag that wasn’t up to the task. Now it’s new travel bag is an, available at the time “Hefty Garbage Bag”. Over all, these beds are good beds but the re-inflation several times a night is a pain and very disappointing. You need to have this air bed for emergencies. You never know when you might need an extra bed. It came in handy so many times. It stores easily. I haven't been able to get it back in the box but it does not take up much more room than a comforter. It inflates in the matter of minutes. It does take long to deflate either. No one has ever complained about sleeping on it. They are happy that they do not have to sleep in the floor. ... show more

Take the manual seriously when it warns that the thing will stretch and thus seem to lose air for the first few uses. It does that for a very long time before it hits its stride and stops sagging. Otherwise, good mattress. The integrated pump works fantastically well. I don't use the USB charger function so I can't comment on that. I only knocked off points on comfort and sleep quality because no air mattress ever deserves a 5/5 on those. The only issue I have is that the top has this velvet-like material that is an absolute magnet for lint, dust, dead skin - you name it, it'll work its way into the crevices - and once there, it's hard to clean it off. Most air mattresses have this now, so I won't knock stars off for it. However, really, I wish air mattress manufacturers in general would please stop topping their products with this velour/velvet/whatever it is. I guess it's to make it comfortable to sleep on with no fitted sheet or something? I always put a sheet or sleeping bag on top of an air mattress though. So the top material ends up acting as a highly effective lint brush which in turn is difficult TO lint brush. Also, no, you don't have to deflate the thing after every use. I have often kept air mattresses perpetually inflated for months or years on end with no issues. Officially, you're not supposed to use one as anything other than a temporary bed but unofficially I've used them as daily beds for years without problems. Just clean your room of any sharp objects that could get anywhere near the bed and you'll be fine. If anything, I would think constantly inflating and deflating one over and over would stress it out more. I think the main danger would be from significant changes in ambient temperature or air pressure after inflation. I'm not an air mattress scientist, though. ... show more
