  • Very nice treadmill
Recently I had to replace my old Proform treadmill, and I got Runow with the automatic incline. I got it a week ago, so I used it only a few times so far, but it's doing everything I need. I like that it's compact and not so huge and heavy like the old one. The assembly was super easy, it took me 30 minutes. The noise is normal/average. I like the fact that it has enough room to put my laptop, so I can watch something when I walk/run. It's sturdy enough for my size, I'm 130 lb and 5'4''. There was no damage or any parts missing. And, comparing to other treadmills on the market that have automatic incline, this price was very very good. Overall, I like it and it's perfect for me. The only thing I don't like is a loud beep when I turn it on. I don't know if the sound can be turned off, I didn't find any info about it in the instruction. It can wake up a dead person, so if I turn it on early in the morning, like 5 am, it's not a pleasant experience for others in the house :) In general, I can recommend this treadmill. ... show more

  • Excellent Midsize Treadmill
I only used it once (and I’ve never owned a treadmill before), but it’s great from what I could tell on my first two-mile run. 1. The belt/running area is a perfect size for a brisk jog, at least for my 5’10” height. It might not be long enough for someone taller who likes to sprint. 2. It feels very well made. It’s relatively heavy. 3. The model I got comes with simple LED counters showing time, distance, speed and calories. You can place an iPad there relatively easily but it will block the counters. 4. There is a separate desktop table that sits on the rails that I didn’t personally install. The table will reduce the running area. 5. There’s ample space to store remotes and there’s a convenient phone area with wireless charging. 6. It is a little noisy but I guess all treadmills are like that. I had to crank up the TV volume to hear it. Maybe it just seemed loud since it was operating in my dead-silent spare bedroom versus a noisy gym. 7. Moving it is awkward and isn’t as easy as it seems in the videos. You have to use a lot of force to tilt it back and maintain that force to keep it on the two wheels. It does require a lot of strength to do it and it’s awkward moving it around. 8. Assembly was fairly straightforward but follow the instructions. Don’t cut the main strap around the base until you’re done per the instructions. I had to move and assemble it myself and it would have been much easier with two people. 9. When you first turn it on, don’t panic when you see an E-07 code flash. It just needs the safety key inserted for it to function. 10. There’s no console power button, instead a toggle switch near the floor on the back. All-in-all I’m very pleased. I just hope it lasts. ... show more

  • A good treadmill, once you get it set up…
The only reason why I am not giving it five stars is because the treadmill would not start wants me set it up. We tried every troubleshooting option available and it still wouldn’t start. Finally before I decided to disassemble it and return it, I looked underneath the Consola, where the start and stop buttons are, and realize that the factory did not connect the power cord in the console. Once I took it apart and plugged it in, it worked perfectly. For that price, it is a very good machine. It is very sturdy. The auto incline and the controls on the handles are very convenient. I am able to use it very easily with my Peloton app. The Bluetooth speakers are perfect, although I could use a little more bass! I recommend it. ... show more

  • Nice treadmill. Heavy.
The first one I ordered was apparently destroyed in shipping. So, it took almost two weeks to finally get one. Since, like me, most of you won't read the instructions, I'll give some pointers here. After you get the top of the box off, there's a yellow band across the motor end of the base. There's also a big pink paper that tells you not to cut the yellow band until the machine is moved where you want it. This keeps the unit together, so the tread doesn't try to fold up. I used the tools they provided just to see if they could do the job, and they are fine. A clue for mounting the top rails: If you are a gear head, then you can appreciate fitting a bolt into a blind hole. I found using the Allen wrench helpful to align the two pieces to get the screw started. Do the screw at the angled end first. Also, don't completely tighten the screws on the upright pieces so there's some play in them. After the top rails are on, tighten the bottom and put the cover cap on. Good luck with the wiring harness. If you have fingers smaller than a pencil, you might have no problem. Also, trying to get the wiring into the display housing is super fun. Why they don't just have a fixed part that the display would mate up with is beyond me. The bottom wires are easier after the unit is assembled and the bed can be tilted up. Once it was assembled, we walked a little to see if things worked. Still need to put the lubricant on the tread, and check for tracking, but that looked ok with the little we did run it. It's nice and quiet. After all that, I'm doing some mechanic work and putting a rear end in my recliner. ... show more
