I was a bit doubtful at first that a company would be able to come out with a supplement that would actually improve the quality of hair, skin and nails. But I was wrong. Natures Bounty hair, skin and nails gummies contain collagen and biotin - plus vitamin C and vitamin E. All of the flavors and colors are from natural sources. The high amounts of vitamin E and di-alpha tocopheryl acetate are the ingredients that really do the trick The collagen is a helpful ingredient but 100 mg per serving doesn’t really have much affect. Di-alpha tocopheryl acetate is the chemical name for biotin. Two gummies contain 8333% of the DV of biotin - one of the major cellular building blocks for really healthy hair, skin and nails but there are actually more benefits because if your hair, skin and nails become full and healthy you will begin to notice a similar going effect on your entire body. It may take a couple of months for the effects on your hair skin and nails to show but that will happen as long as you don’t stop taking the gummies for a week for example and then start up again. and then stop and continue with that paradigm of use. ... show more

I received my package about a week now and these gummies taste great! The citrus flavor is mild and the gummies themselves are not too sweet. I got the 2 pack for $10.38 which is a great value! A lot of reviewers complained about the gummies being stuck together but as you can see in 2nd picture the gummies were not stuck together and I could easily shake them out. I can't comment on whether it has any effect on my nails, hair or skin as yet because it's just been a week but I will say my skin does seem a bit brighter.
