Arrived ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. Has many nice features, including variable speeds, headlight, easy to fold up, fits into my vehicle without issue, easy to charge, and arm rests can be adjusted. I have issues with my knee, and am unable to walk for long distances. I bought this so I can keep up with my family and friends while out sightseeing, and I believe this will accomplish that for me. It has variable speeds, but I personally would not recommend using the highest speed (going that fast scares me). I found that the middle speed, at half-throttle seems to provide sufficient speed, without being overwhelming. Moves fairly easily on grass and pavement - as long as there are no impediments, ridges, or bumpiness. Any irregularities on any surface makes it feel like it is tipping. Scooter tipped over twice on my first time driving it, once because the grass was uneven, and I did not see the small ridge in the grass, which caused it to tip over. The front wheels have a broader base, and the back wheels have a much narrowed base, which I feel does not provide as much stability. The other issue I have is that even when using the hand-brake, the wheels still move and turn. We were lifting the scooter up a high curb. We had the hand break on, but the wheels still turned, and and I fell for the 2nd time. Luckily, I was not hurt either time, but I am much more mobile than most who would require this scooter, and they may not be as able to get up without assistance, as I am able to. Overall, I give this 4 stars, because of the issues I listed, but if you only use this on flat, level ground, it would be just fine. However, if I ever do purchase another scooter, I would only buy one with a wide tire base on the front and the back. ... show more
