It’s always hard to know if a product or the customer support are truly 5 stars, but believe all the great reviews for this product. First, delivery was super fast and the packaging is excellent, with lots of great protection of all components. One of the great features of my 55 x 28 desk is that the table top is one solid piece, as opposed to other sellers where there are 2 or 3 pieces which I would find annoying over time. Assembly was pretty easy (I did it by myself), and it took me under an hour. The instructions are ok, but it’s not difficult to figure out how to put it together. The motor is pretty quiet and the table has a great range that suits different preferences, and also doesn’t get too wobbly when at its full height. The price was excellent, too, as I barely spent more than other desks that had 2 or 3 segments for the table top. ... show more

    • Well Built with a Quiet Motor!

The product arrived within the timeframe provided, and the top and legs arrived separately as advertised. The build quality is great, I love the seamless top, and the legs are a beautiful off-white color with a great finish. The motor is quiet and reasonably responsive; I'm 5'4" and the range in height is decent for my needs (the lowest setting is slightly too high for me without using a foot rest). Both the top and the legs were packaged well and arrived without damage. It took about a half hour to assemble with my partner, and the only unclear directions were in reference to the support crossbar and storage hooks being fastened to the top. The instructions showed a middle screw point for the crossbar that did not exist in the top, so we did not include that, and the hooks were shown being attached to the short sides of the desk top, but we did not have enough holes/space for them. One hook could be attached on the long side of the top where you have extra holes for right/left handed control pad operation, but I opted not to put one on since I do not want to run into accidentally. Overall, I knew I'd heard good things about the FLEXISPOT desks, but I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality, especially considering I was able to purchase it on sale, making it an excellent value for the money in my opinion! ... show more

I must say I was a little worried when shooting for a standing motorized desk at this low price point, and I was pleasantly surprised. There is certainly a large price range of desks. This desk was relatively easy to assemble, though some of the screwing of the legs into the desk did not have predrilled holes, even though there were plenty of predrilled holes on the underside of the desk top. The basket that is included requires you to fold it yourself. I have been actively using the desk for about a month for a gaming rig. It has held up wonderfully, the PC stays on the floor and a monitor mount for 2 monitors ensures plenty of desk space. It is the perfect size for my application. The movement up and down of the desk may seem kind of slow, but does it really need to be lightning fast? The manual recommends an 18 minute rest after 2 minutes of operation. And I’m honestly never resllly moving up and down more than once an hour. Overall a really good desk for the price it is offered at. The ability to store 4 height preferences is great. I debated between this desk and another Flexispot desk for longer than I care to admit. I ended up selecting this one because of the ergonomic edge since I have a walking pad. The desktop is huge - I can fit two monitors and a laptop on a stand with room on both sides of the monitors. The motorization is smooth and quick, which is way nicer than any of the lever standing desks. It was relatively easy to put together, and it’s really sturdy. The desk does not sway when typing (thankfully). Some of the screws did not align with the pre-drilled holes, but that wasn’t a big deal as the screws went in easily without holes. I love this desk so far. It is very spacious and the touchpad is easy to use. It is very heavy and sturdy so I'm pretty confident it will never tip over, and it can definitely hold all of my stuff. The white looks so smooth and clean and feels very modern. I was able to fit my Flexispot filing cabinet under the desk and there is still plenty of room for my legs when I am sitting at the desk. It raises quite high. I am kind of short so it goes way higher than I will ever need it. I saw a lot of people saying it was confusing to build. There really aren't that many parts, so just look closely at the instructions and you will be fine. The only thing is that these desks are mix n match with the tabletops so sometimes there will be multiple drill holes on the underside of the desk top depending on which desk frame you got, you will have to figure out which holes you are supposed to use. But I had no trouble putting it together, it is very heavy though so you may need an extra hand to lift it/flip it over. That just shows it's made with high quality materials and is made well!
