  • If you want a new buddy get this today !
The media could not be loaded. This is the greatest way to get to my grocery store, my beauty shop, my shipping store, restaurants nearby. I am very happy and completely comfortable with my new transportation and I am in my 90s. Happy trails to you 👵🏼

  • I Love It!!!!!
Before it arrived I got a call from the owner of Atomis, which gave me a sense of gladness that he stands behind his product. It arrived fully assembled when it was supposed to. I love the color, but had to download the manual to figure out how to open the seat storage container. It worked out as it was a quick read. I’ve driven it several times since it arrived last week and it goes about 20 mph. I’ve gotten so many compliments and can’t wait for the weekend. I wish it had cruise control, and went faster, but other than that I love it and am considering getting a second one for my husband. ... show more

  • I love riding this scooter
I love riding this scooter, HOWEVER, I just found out that the limited warranty does not cover LABOR. they are in another state so I would have to find a technician to come look at at and if it is a parts problem (electronic ONLY) they would cover it. otherwise you are on your own. I downgraded my rating from 5. for a $1800 equipment, you would expect better service. so think of this as an expensive toy with no real help if something goes wrong!.NOT good at all ... show more

  • I was worried about poor quality assurance.
I actually purchased this through Amazon in blue, but was contacted by the seller and told they were out of blue and asked if red was ok. It arrived two days ahead of time on a pallet. Once unwrapped, the first thing you have to do is open the seat compartment, revealing a circuit breaker in the area under the seat. But even though I followed the instructions carefully, it just wouldn't open. I finally had to pry the seat to force it to open. I looked at the mechanism that held the seat down and turning the key simply did nothing, i.e. it was always in the locked position. Later I would discover that the cable that runs from the key to the mechanism was missing. So right away I was worried that I had bought a lemon. Having an under-seat compartment that locked was not a concern for me so i just un-screwed the "U" bolt from the underside of the seat and deemed it problem solved. I rode it around on position 1 for a few days to get used to riding it and eventually graduated to positions 2 and 3. I even brought it into Walmart, Costco, Albertsons Grocery Store, Fred Meyers, Target and Grocery Outlet. Every store I brought it in didn't bat an eye- they all saw it as a mobility scooter and I had no issues bringing it in and shopping on it. Of course the turning radius is a lot longer than your average scooter but if you go slow, you can do a complete U-Turn in the width of an automobile parking space., which is enough to weave around each aisle. I've also taken it through the drive-up window at several fast food restaurants with not a single dirty look. Of course this was during the pandemic and their dining rooms were closed. I quit driving a car so I wanted this to be my primary vehicle. After about four days of getting it, I started making longer and longer trips. I verified that I could get 30 miles on a single charge even though I weigh 290 lbs. That wasn't enough for me so I invested another $600 and added four 50Ah LiFePo4 batteries that fit nicely in the compartment under the seat. These batteries have 2.5 times the power storage of the Sealed Lead Acid batteries that came with the scooter. I verified that I can get 60 miles on a single charge with the LiFePo4 batteries. Unfortunately I have to charge the LiFePo4 batteries a different way. I had to add charge ports for each battery and have four different LiFePo4 battery chargers running at the same time for each battery. Kind of messy but it works. The reason you have to charge them this way is because charging them in series means when one battery is fully charged it opens up the circuit, preventing the other batteries from charging. Anyway, the on-paper estimate of the combined range with both sets of batteries is over 100 miles and I verified 90 with power to spare. Enough to take me anywhere I want to go! The hardest part with adding the second set of batteries was tapping into the most negative terminal. I had to take much of the scooter apart to get to that point. So, after clocking in hundreds of miles on this scooter, I have found no other issues. It's a great quality machine, is fun to ride, is safe and stable although I think you could tip it if you took a corner too fast, and I think it will last a long time. Having a seat long enough for two people is a big plus too and I look forward to giving my grand-nephews and grand-nieces a ride on it if it ever stops raining. And my roommate's chihuahuas love riding in the basket. I think they actually smile. ... show more

  • Great scooter
I'm mobility challenged and have preciously had to drive my car two houses away to visit a friend. This is perfect for trips up and down the block. It's a lot sexier than one of those 4 wheel electric carts like in the grocery store. The box got beat up in shipping but the scooter was packed such that it survived fine. I also have lots of praise for the seller who stayed in contact with me and replied promptly to my questions. ... show more

  • Great Scooter. Ask Questions
I purchased my scooter from a different vender Dicovermobility.com. I'm a disabled vet and needed something to help me get around outside. This is a great scooter and in a year I've only had two easily fixed issues. Mine came with onsite warrenty service/repair which wasn't available and I was left to fix the problems myself after waiting 3 wks to get the parts. Also mine arrived 3 wks late and on a pallet just as it left china with no assembly directions and missing a few parts. I'm telling this so others know what questions to ask the seller. I love the scooter. The quality is exceptional and performance is as stated except you should expect a range of about 25 miles with normal everyday use unless you live in a really hilly area it'll be less. Ask questions first!!! DiscoverMyMobility is a vender to avoid. ... show more
